People often ask what your story is.
They want to know what has made you the person you are today.
What makes you tick?
What leads you to make the choices you make?I have heard many stories.
Some of great pain and suffering.
Some I would give anything to forget I had heard.
Some of greatness and joy.
Some I know everyone would wish to have lived. There are the stories of those who have lost much.
Been through horrific things.
Peoples whose stories have made me weep.
Peoples whose stories have increased my love and care for them. There are the stories of those who did great things.
Who changed the world.
People whose stories have increased my admiration. Then there are stories, who you want to feel sorry for, but you can't put your finger on why.
These people have lead normal lives.
Suffered no great pain or loss.
In a sense these people don't have a story at all.
It's as if they never lived.I guess what I'm trying to say is, the normal life many wish for, isn't all it's cracked up to be.
We all wish for a different life, but what we wish for has its own downfalls.
There is no such life that exists, that we all wish for.
The life where we feel fulfilled, where we regret nothing, have no negative feelings towards anything at all.
It simply does not exist.
Everyone's story exists for a reason, instead of wishing for a different one, just try living it, see where it takes you.
After all, we only get one shot at creating the story that we live.
