"Ready?" asked Mark as he held your hands and lead you the way to your surprise.

You were blindfolded by Mark because he wanted to give you a surprised he has been planning for months and haven't given you any hints. But you were excited. You have always loved all of Mark's surprises for you. He always go all out just for you.

"I'm ready," you said.

Mark remove the blind fold and right away, you saw a map. It was't just any map. It was the map of Neverland. You looked around and the walls were painted with sense from Peter Pan. Even the ceiling had paintings of Peter Pan and Wendy. They were all full of Peter and Wendy's memories, the good times they had together.

You turned to Mark who was standing there with a huge smile. "Mark," you said, overjoyed with happiness. "You did all of this? For me?"

"I know how much you love Peter Pan and the story, so I thought I would surprise you with this and dinner." He stepped aside and there was a blanket laid on the floor with a basket full of food, right by the painting of the Fairy tree.

You wanted to cry with happiness. "Mark, amazing! I can't believe you did all of this."

He walked over to you, knowing you were too happy to move. He grabbed your hands and looked into your eyes. "Do I deserve a kiss?"

You let out a little laugh. "Yes."

"I'll kiss you first." He slowly leaned in and your closed your eyes, ready for him to place his lips on yours. "Open your eyes," he said.

Confused, you opened your eyes and hanging from his finger, a necklace dropped between you two. It had a little, golden acorn.

"No way!" you cried. "This too!?"

"Surprise. And..." He pulled out his keychain to show you. "I have the thimble."

You jumped onto Mark's arm and gave him a tight hug. "Mark, this is truly amazing! I don't understand how I became so lucky to have you. I really am the luckiest girl in the world."

"I'm happy you love it. But the night is not over yet."

"No more!" you laughed. "I don't think I can take anymore surprises."

He grabbed your hand and led you toward the baskets of food he prepared. He sat down and gently pulled you down so you would sit beside him. He pulled out a whole buffet and the two of you talked, laughed, and ate.

You could't stop looking at the necklace in your hand.

"Here," he said as he took the necklace from your hand. "Let me put it on for you."He walked behind you and went on his knees. He then moved your hair to one side and put on the necklace for you. After he hooked the necklace, he place a gentle kiss on your neck. "I love you," he whispered.

You couldn't help but blush and smile. Mark walked back over to where he was sitting and you guys continued your dinner which was so delicious, by the way.

After the two of you finished eating, Mark lead you the painting where Peter was out the window and Wendy was hesitating on whether or not to go to Neverland with him.

"____," said Mark. "I may not be Peter Pan and I may not be able to show you Neverland,or show you mermaids, faries, and pirates, or teaching you how to fly. But to make it up to you, I want to spend the rest of my life making you happy." He kneeled down on one knee and pulled out a little box from his inside jacket pocket close to his heart. He opened it and inside was a beautiful ring. "____, will allow me to be your Peter Pan and marry me?"

Not being able to speak, you nodded your head, crying.

Mark nervously grabbed your right hand and you pulled away, laughing.

"Wrong hand," you laughed.

"R-Right," he said as he grabbed your other hand and put the ring on your ring finger. He stood up and you gave him once again. Mark leaned over and gave you a kiss and his time, on the lips. You wrapped your arms around his neck, pulling him in for a deeper kiss.

You feel like the luckiest woman alive.
