78. The Last Day

For a year, you have been filling in Jimin's place as a co-MC for After School  Club. You, Eric, and Kevin grew to become close and the three of you become a family. Today is the three years university of After School Club and it is also Eric's last day as ASC MC.

Eric said his goodbye to the camera and you turned around as you tried to hide your tears. Kevin walked over and comfort you as Eric finished up. He then took over Kevin's place and comfort you himself.

"Yah!" he smiled. "Why are you like this!? I'm leaving the show, not you life!"

You looked up at Eric. "We been through a lot this year and now you're leaving. Of course I'm going to cry! Don't you know? I spent three years watching you do this show and now you're leaving. What am I supposed to do?"

Eric gently wiped away your tears. "____, I'm just leaving the show. I will still hang out with you. Just give me a call or shoot me a text and I got buy you Korean bbq. I'm only a text away. And of course I'll come by and visit."

"That's what they always say."

"Well, i'm not they!"

"Do you really have to go? I mean I want you to be happy but I also want you to stay. Do you know how many times I look forward to Tuesdays? Every week!"

Eric hugged you tighter as he called for Mark. "Mark, come out here! Your girlfriend is crying a river!"

Mark walked onto the set and pulled you away from Eric. You continued to cry in Mark's arm.

"She's more upset about me leaving the show more than she's upset when you leave the country for tour," said Eric. "Just she loves me more," he joked.

"You wish," said Mark. He looked at you and wiped your tears away. "____, it's okay. Markson was supposed to take over Eric's place, but now you can do it for her. Eric is not going anywhere. He's not dying. He's just leaving the show."

You hit Mark's chest. "I know!" you cried. "I understand! I just don't want to believe it!"

Mark wrapped his arms around you again. "Okay. Go ahead and let it out."

"____we can hang out every week if you want to," said Eric. "I'll still see you."

"Not every week," said Mark. "I need time with my girlfriend too!"

"Oh please! You guys spend every second of the day together. One day out of a week is nothing!"

"You guys are idiot!" you said as you wiped your hears away and stepped back after calming down. You looked at Eric. "You have to promise me something."

"Marriage?" asked Eric.

Mark pulled you farther away from Eric. "No!"

"You have to call me everyday before the show no matter how busy you are," you said. "And have to hang out at least three times a month."

"Really?"

"Yes!"

"Okay. I promise."

You and Eric hugged each other again. "I see you day to prepare for ASC. What am I going to do now?"

"I'm still here!" said sweet, innocent Kevin."

You turned around to see Kevin just standing there with his bright smile. "You're right. Sorry Kevin." You looked at the guys around you. "Well,I am team Markson, so technically  team Markson officially took over Eric Nam's place as an MC."

"Team Markson won," said Kevin.

A/N: I am so sad and heartbroken when I heard Eric was leaving After School Club. I watched his final episode, crying my eyes out. I want him to be happy, but being the selfish person I am, I want him to stay. To me Eric IS After School Club and nothing will be the same without him. But I still love him.
