"You have done well Children...Athelia was telling me all about what you both did mere hours ago." Aslan says, his voice filled with pride and his gentle smile radiant as ever.

Both giving him a bow, Edmund speaks up.

"So...she really is gone?"

Aslan smiles again and nods, saying "yes my child, she is gone, truly."

Edmund couldn't help but let out a sort of sigh of relief.
She is truly gone, he was free.

Y/N gives Edmund a gentle pat on the back and a smile, sensing the pure relief that was radiating from him.
That is when though, Aslan turned his gaze to Y/N as he noticed her trying to hide her worry regarding her mother as for Y/N, she was worried about what she meant only moments before.

"You look troubled Y/N, what is it that burdens your mind?" He asks, all attention now turning to Y/N.

She looks at her mother before looking back at Aslan, Edmund taking a step back as she moved a little towards Aslan.

"Well umm...my mother she...she mentioned something about us not seeing her as she is anymore? What does that mean? Is she going to disappear forever?"

Aslan's face shifted a little as he saw the sadness on Y/N's face but he then shook his mane again and with a smile he says "No dear one...something quite the opposite."

He then stands and looking towards Athelia he nods, her giving him a nod in return.

Edmund and Y/N felt rather confused once again but then Aslan gently scraped his paw across the carpet beneath himself which suddenly made Athelia grunt and flinch.

As this was happening Edmund quickly realised what Aslan was doing which made him watch in awe.
Y/N on the other hand got incredibly worried and tried to run to her but Edmund grabbed her and shook his head, saying "It's okay, just watch."

Y/N gave Edmund a confused look, why was he stopping her she wondered but those thoughts rather swiftly went out of the window as she watched on.

Athelia's ghostly complexion was becoming warmer, more coloured. Her hair began to adhere to gravity and her clothes began to flow naturally.

She was being brought back to the living again.
Y/N couldn't quite believe it.

Soon Athelia found herself taking in a deep breath as her body relaxed, all the sensations coming back to her one after the other.
Edmund let go of Y/N and the second he did she ran towards her mother and wrapped her arms around her, Athelia returning it with the same amount of relief and joy as Y/N.

While they both hugged and cried, Edmund couldn't help but smile as he watched on. Being able to see his best friend so happy, especially after everything she had been through was a moment worthy of nothing more than happiness.

They soon pulled away from eachother and Y/N then turned to Edmund.

"Come on Edmund, come meet her properly!"

He chuckled a little and took a few steps forward before giving her a bow.
"It's lovely to meet you, now truly in the flesh." He says with a small chuckle which Athelia gently returns with her own laugh.

"Same to you dear one." She replies, her smile never wavering.

Just as they had finished their true introductions there is suddenly a knock at the door which causes everyone to stop and look.

"Y/N? Edmund? It's just us...we heard a lot of noise and talking coming from in here and we just wanted to check in- Aslan!?"

It was Peter who was stood in the now wide open doorway with Caspian and Lucy behind him who both also looked just as shocked as Peter was.
