This is the continues hate story

Yujin woke the next morning with the cold weight of the previous night pressing in his chest. The images, the messages, the anger—it hadn’t left him. He moved methodically, pulling on his clothes, slipping his glasses onto the bridge of his nose, the familiar click of the frames a small anchor in the storm of his thoughts.

He didn’t speak as he walked to his desk. His fingers moved with precision, almost mechanical, pulling out a brand-new iPhone, untouched, pristine. He unlocked it, connected it to her old device, and began transferring every single piece of data—messages, contacts, photos, everything. Nothing would be lost. Nothing would be left behind.

Wonyoung, sitting quietly in the living room, noticed his movements but didn’t dare interrupt. There was something in his focus, in the cold, meticulous way he worked, that made her hesitate. He wasn’t looking at her, wasn’t speaking to her—but every motion carried authority, possession, and… care, subtle but undeniable.

When the transfer was complete, Yujin held the new phone out to her. He didn’t smile. He didn’t soften. His tone remained clipped, measured, cold, but there was an edge of unspoken protection in his words.

“Use only this phone,” he said. “If anything happens, I want to know immediately. No exceptions. Understood?”

Wonyoung took it cautiously, almost trembling. “O-okay,” she whispered, still unsure, still feeling the tension radiating off him.

“Good,” he replied, his eyes briefly flicking toward her before returning to his work. “And don’t… don’t ignore me if something happens again. You understand what this means?”

She nodded quickly. “I… I understand,” she murmured.

He didn’t linger. He put the old phone aside, his expression unreadable, but the subtle tightening of his jaw, the flicker of his eyes, betrayed the storm underneath. He wasn’t sentimental, he wasn’t warm—but every meticulous action, every small command, was a silent promise: I’m watching. I’m protecting. And no one will touch you again.

Wonyoung held the new phone in her hands, feeling both the weight of his cold authority and the strange, almost imperceptible comfort that came with it. She didn’t say anything, couldn’t, as Yujin returned to his office, leaving her alone with the device and the quiet realization that, even in his detached, cold way, he cared.

The office was quiet, the faint hum of the air conditioner and the occasional clack of keys breaking the silence. Yujin sat behind his desk, papers stacked neatly, phone buzzing occasionally—but his mind wasn’t on work. He was focused, alert, like a predator waiting for the slightest misstep.

The door opened, just slightly, and the familiar figure of his secretary stepped in. She smiled at him, casual, flirty, confident—the kind of smile that usually tested his patience but had always been manageable.

“Good morning, Yujin,” she purred, leaning against the edge of his desk. She let her hand brush lightly against his arm as she moved closer, her voice dropping into a teasing whisper. “I thought maybe you’d need some… motivation today.”

Yujin didn’t look up at first, continuing to sort through documents with surgical precision. The faint crease between his brows was the only sign he acknowledged her presence.

“I’ve got the reports right here,” she continued, ignoring his silence, placing them on his desk, then leaning even closer so that her shoulder pressed lightly against his. “But maybe you’d like some… other attention?”

That was it. Something inside him snapped. The controlled, cold mask he wore so meticulously flared into a storm barely restrained. He slowly set down the pen he’d been using and looked up. His eyes, dark and sharp, locked onto hers with a clarity that sent an invisible chill through the room.
