All I Ever Wanted: Part 22: We'll Be Together; Part 1

Kay's POV:

I woke up to the sound of my alarm clock singing Hunter's song. "It's the last day of my junior year of high school. After today, I'll be a senior. Oh my gosh. I still can't believe it." I thought to myself. I rolled over to see Hunter still sound asleep. He was so lucky, he could sleep through anything... Unlike me who startles at at anything. I leaned in closer to him and said "Hunter... Guess what time it is..." "Urggggg... Wake me up once you get ready." I giggled and said, "ok, I'll wake you up when I'm ready. I love you..." He gave me a sleepy smile and said, "I love you too sweetheart." He gave me a little kiss, and soon after that, he drifted back to sleep. Me, on the other hand, had to get ready. I got out of bed and walked into my closet and shut the door. I picked out my Yoga pant capris from 'Pink' and a white lace tank top with my sneakers. I looked In the mirror, "Cute but comfty." I said to myself... Satisfied by my choice. After that, I went into the bathroom and styled my hair in loose curls and put bobby pins in to keep the strays out of my face. I sprayed some hairspray to make it hold. I didn't bother with makeup because I was so tan from our day at the beach yesterday. I looked at my clock to see it was already seven o'clock. "Time to wake up Hunter... He may not like me after this..." I thought to myself as I walked over to the bed. I knelt down by his side of the bed and said "Hunter.... Time to get up." He let out a little moan and rolled over, no longer facing me. He wasn't going to make this easy, was he? I giggled and walked over to my side of the bed and climbed into it. "Hunter.... Get up!" Nothing. I had to try plan B. If that didn't work, I'd have to drive myself to school. That wasn't going to happen! I leaned down into his arms and put my lips on his. He eyes opened and I felt him begin to smile and kiss me back. Eventually, we pulled away and I said. "I thought I'd never get you up!!" He yawned and said "oops sorry! I was in a deep sleep." "Lucky you!! Well tomorrow I'll be right there with you. No more alarm to wake up too." "Don't you mean my singing voice?" He said laughing. "Um... Yeah! I guess you're right." He sat up and looked at me with his jaw wide open. I honestly thought I had something in my teeth! "What?! Is something in my teeth?"

It took him a few minutes, but finally responded. "Haha, no sweetheart... Not at all." "Well then what is it?" "You look amazing today..." I smiled really big and said "awe! Thanks Hunter." I stood up and so did he. I started to walk out of my bedroom door when all of a sudden I felt Hunter's arms wrap around my waist. He spun me around and said "I love you beautiful..." "I love you more!" He pulled me into a big hug and kissed my forehead. As he was getting ready, I went into the bathroom fixing my curls that got messed up when I lied down. I went downstairs and my Mom was on the her way out the door with my brother. "Good morning Mom! Good morning Jeremy!" She turned around and said "Good morning sweetie! You look cute today!" "Oh... Thanks mom!" "Im going to work, but tell Hunter I said good morning." "I will! I love you! Bye Mom!" She walked out the door. Soon after that Hunter came downstairs with a blue t-shirt, some shorts and sneakers. "You ready?" I asked him. "Of course!" Unexpectedly, Hunter scooped me up in his arms. I let out a little giggle and we made our way to the car.

Hunter's POV:

I walked out to the car, opened the door and sat her down In the passengers seat of the car. I walked over to my side and got In. I looked over at her, and noticed something a little different. "Did you put makeup on today?" I asked her. "No... Why? Do I need some?" I let out a little a little laugh and said, "no wonder you look even more beautiful today!" She giggled and smiled at me as she reached over and held hand. I started driving. Soon after that, we drove into the parking lot at the school. I got out of the car. Girls were staring, but it didn't bother me. I opened the passengers side door and she grabbed my hand and got out with a smile. She leaned up against me car and had her sunglasses on. She whispered in my ear. "Don't look now, but all of my friends are spying on us. Oh shoot. And Chad." "Do you want me to go say hi to them with you?" I asked her. She giggled and said "that'd be great! I'm sure they want to see you. If they mention anything about us and going on tour, don't worry, I already gave them a piece of my mind. Like I told you yesterday." I grabbed her hand and we walked towards her friends. "Hey guys." She said with a smile. "Hey Kay! Hello Hunter." "Really guys you need to be give Hunter and I a break. Especially Hunter. There is no need to be rude. He's grown to love you all as much as me!" Kay said. Adi and Hannah came over to us and gave Me a hug, and whispered in my ear, "we support you both. Just promise to take care of our girl Hunter!" They let out a little giggle. "I will! I promise." I said with a smile. I caught Chad gazing at Kay. The way he looked her made me sick. "Hey Baby! Haven't seen you In forever." He said. All of us looked over at him as Kay said. "Go away Chad. Get a life. We are over. I thought I made that perfectly clear in Florida." He rolled his eyes and walked away without another word. Kay looked over at me and smiled. "Ok, well I better get inside. I'll see you at eleven?" "I wouldn't be anywhere else!" I said as I smiled at her. She looked at her friends and said. "I need to talk to Hunter alone for two seconds. I'll meet you inside!" "Ok! Bye Hunter!" They said with a smile. "Bye everyone!" They walked inside and Kay and I walked back over by my car. "Sorry about Chad. But look on the bright side, he is a senior, so I will never have to see him again after today." She said. "Very true!" I said with a smile. I pulled her in close to me and she smiled because she knew what was going to happen next. I gave her a long and passionate kiss. I picked her up and spun around which made her curls fly in the wind. I put her down and whispered in her ear. "I love you so much beautiful..." "I love you too.. I will see you soon." "You bet." I smiled and gave her one last kiss before she walked into the building.

Kay's POV:

I walked into school and my friends were standing by my locker waiting for me. "Awe... Miss Kay is in love..." "Yes! I am? Is that a surprise?! I've said it many times." Jenna spoke up and said. "We can tell.. Because you have a new found confidence that you've never had before." "And you

are always smiling when he is around... Or anytime you talk about him." Adi added with a smile. "Thanks girls. I am happy. Happier than I've been in a long time." I said with a little giggle. Brandon smirked and said, "Oh! Did Kay forget to tell you I saw her at the beach yesterday...." I looked at him and mouthed the words 'Don't you dare!' he just laughed. "No?! Why?" They all asked. "Well I think I interrupted a pretty heated make out session." He said while laughing." Seriously... I loved all of my friends... But they got on my nerves sometimes!! "Ooooh" Said Jimmy. I walked over to him and gave him a playful slap. "Oh... Seriously Jimmy!? Don't tell me you haven't done that with Jenna..." He blushed and didn't say a word. "That's what I thought..." I said winking at him. Soon, the bell rang and I headed to my first block class.

*Later That Day* (Same POV)

Soon, fourth block study hall rolled around. In about twenty minutes, I would officially be a senior in high school! Unbelievable! Since Tyler was a senior, I'd have to say goodbye.... Because he won't be here next year. What is really good is that I will see him alot, between him being best friends with Hunter, and me being best friends with Hannah. Chad was a senior too... I couldn't be happier... Because after today, he'd be out of my life... For good.

****Bringgggg****

There it is!! The last bell of my junior year! I am now officially a senior!!!! I walked out of the doors and the wind whipped through my curls. I spotted Hunter's car in the parking lot. When he saw me, he got out the car and I ran towards him and he opened his arms wide and I jumped into them. "Hey sweetie!!! How was school?" "Good.... Guess what?" "What?" He asked with a grin. "I'm a senior!!!" "Congratulations beautiful!! I am so happy for you!" He smiled and gave me a kiss. "Ready to go home?" He asked me. "Lets go!"
