Hunter's POV:

When we got to Kay's house... It was just the two of us. She went to the living room and plopped down onto the couch. I walked in and sat beside her. "What do you want to do on your first night of summer break?" I asked. "Hmmm.... We can think about that later...." She let out a little yawn and said, "I'm sleepy right now." "I am too actually!" I confessed. She giggled and said, "Well I think we should start out summer break with some cuddle time and a nap. What do you think?" "That sounds like perfection to me." I said with a half smile. I stood up and then scooped her up into my arms. She leaned her head on my chest and let out a little giggle. "I love you..." She whispered as I walked up the stairs. "I love you too Sweety..." When we got to her bedroom I let her stand on her own. "I'm gonna go change my shirt. I'll be right back." I smiled and nodded. Soon after that she came out and still had her yoga pants on, but she had my sweatshirt on instead and her hair was pulled back into a messy bun. I smiled at her, she was so cute. She walked over to the bed and climbed underneath the blankets. I grabbed the remote and handed it to her as she snuggled up against my body. She turned on the TV and put on CMT. It was music videos. Guess who was on? Me. "Wanted" was playing. "Oh!! Hey, look who it is!" Kay said while looking up at me. I leaned down and gave her a kiss and started tickling her, which made her giggle uncontrollably. "There's that laugh I love!" I said with a smile. "Hunter..... Hunter.... Really?" She said through giggles. "Yep! Really..." All of a sudden she yelled "Oh... My... God..." Which made me jump. "What?!" Before I knew it, Kay jumped up and pinned me down to the bed. "Hehehe I gotcha!!" She said with a smile. "Uh oh... I'm still gonna win..." I say through my uncontrollable laughter. "Nope... I'm gonna win this one." She says while smiling. Soon I was able to get out from underneath her and jump off the bed. "Oh no you didn't..." She said with a giggle. "Oh.... But I did!" She started racing around her bedroom and I race to catch her. Soon after both of us running a few laps around her bedroom, I finally catch her... I scoop her up In my arms... And she lets out a little squeal. "Gotcha..." I say with a smile. I lay her back down on the bed and give her a long and passionate kiss. "I think we both won this time..." She said with a giggle. "I think so. But technically I won the tickle war... And you won because I kissed you and I know how much you love that." I said winking. "Ok, maybe you're right... But I could use another kiss...." She said while giggling. "Uh... Maybe I could do that..." I said with a grin. "Maybe? I think definitely!!" She giggled and with that, I leaned down and gave her another long and passionate kiss, she ran her fingers through my hair, and did the same to hers. It was one of those kisses that you never wanted to end. When it finally ended, I rolled back over to my side of the bed. "That was amazing." She said with a giggle. "Yeah... To say the least." We both laughed and she snuggled herself close to me once again. She grabbed her phone. "Whatcha doin'" I asked her. "Taking a picture of us. Capturing the moment... Like I always do." She said with a smile. We took the picture and posted it on twitter. Kaylee Tweets: "Cuddling and Sleepy time with @HunterHayes 😘" I grabbed my phone because it dinged with her tweet. I replied and said; "I guess @MissKayBlake and I are both sleepy from our tickle war... That I won... *cough cough* 😉" Kay responded and said "Whatever you say @HunterHayes". She let out a little yawn, locked her phone, and put it on the table beside the bed. "I love you Hunter..." "I love you too beautiful..." Soon after she snuggled up against my chest and I could hear a little snore. I let out a sigh of happiness and comfort and quickly drifted off to sleep while holding her tight in my arms.

*Later That Day*

Kay's POV:

I woke up to sound of birds chirping outside of my bedroom window, and Hunter lightly snoring. I looked at my phone to see it was already two o'clock. "Well I feel better..." I thought to myself. I looked up at Hunter and thought; "How did I get so lucky to have this amazing man in my life. I don't know, but I am going to be with him forever... And that felt amazing." I looked down at my left hand lying on his chest with the promise ring on my finger. I am so happy that I can't even put it into words..... 'I love Hunter with all of my heart and soul' was the only way that I could possibly explain it. I got pulled out of my thoughts as soon as I heard Hunter's yawn. He looked down at me and said "Hi there beautiful." He pulled me up onto his chest. "Hi there." I said with a smile. "I missed you." He said with a grin. I giggled and said "How can you miss me? I'm right here, cuddled up next to you." He smiled and said, "I know... But I can't see your beautiful smile in my sleep." I smiled really big and said, "Better?" "Yep... There's that smile I love." He sat up and lifted me into his lap. "I love you Sweety..." "I love you more." "So what do you do with the rest of our day?" He asked me. "Hmmmm... Well I was gonna go to the mall... And invite Adi... But after that nothing. Any ideas?" He smiled and said, "We could have date night... We haven't had one alone since I came to Maine." I giggled and said, "Ooooh that sounds like fun! I know a place we could go. It's right on the water. Should I make reservations?" "Of course!!" "Yay! Oh.... do you want to go the mall with Adi and I... Or are you going to pass and just hang out with my brother until tonight?" "It's completely up to you... Do you want some girl time?" "Well we kind of want to have girl talk.... And unfortunately, I can't do that with you there.." I said with a wink. "Oh... I see... You two wanna talk about boys.. I get it...." He said while laughing. "There's good news though..." I said with a grin. "What's that?" He asked. "You get to play football with Jeremy all afternoon!!!" I said while giggling. "That should be fun!!! He seems cool." "He looks up to you... He really likes you." He smiles and says, "Awe, that's sweet." "Do you play football that often?" "No.... Do you have pointers?" "I wish I could say yes... But I'm useless when it comes to sports information. If you need facts about something from me... The best I can do.... Is facts about you, but you don't need that." I said with a giggle. It made him laugh too. "Really?!" He asked sounding surprised. "I'm not even kidding you... A few months ago... Before I met you...Adi quizzed me on everything about you. I got most of the answers right!!" "That's awesome!" He said with a laugh. We laid down and I said, "I should probobly start getting ready. Adi is going to be here in like half an hour." "Awe... Why do you have to change? You look adorable in my sweatshirt." "I'd love to keep it on.... But it's hot outside even though it's cool in here. I am just going to put on what I wore to school." He gave me a kiss and I hopped off the bed and went to get dressed. After I put my shirt from this morning back on... I decided to put makeup on... Lets just say Hunter didn't take that to well.... I saw standing at the mirror in the bathroom with my mascara brush... Ready to put on the makeup... When all of a sudden Hunter walks up next to me and steals the brush. "Um what do you think you're doing?!" He asked... In a tone trying to make himself sound serious... It wasn't working. "Im putting on makeup.... What do you think...." "No you're not." I giggled and said "yes!!! I am! Give me the brush..." "Nope... Sorry beautiful..." "Hunter.... Give me it!!" He began to run away with the brush still in his hand. "Sorry Sweety... Not gonna happen." "Um... Yes it is!!" I ran over to him and tackled him onto the bed. "Gotcha now!" I said while giggling. "Nope." "Ok... I have a deal..." "Ok... Spill it..." "I promise not to wear makeup for a week.... But only if YOU promise not to drink coffee for a week. Deal?!" "I can't do that!!!" "If you want to see with no makeup whatsoever than you'll have to!" I said with a giggle. "Ok!! You win... Here's the brush!!" "That's what I thought!" All of sudden he got he sat up and pulled me on top of him... Tickling me. "Hehe this payback sweetheart...." He said while laughing. Finally after many minutes of giggling... I pulled away, and said "Hunttttteeeerr.... I have to get ready...." "Not before I do this...." He leaned in closer to me and gave a long, deep, and passionate kiss. I giggled and ran my fingers through his hair. The way he kissed me always makes my heart melt... And fall even more in love with him... If that's even possible. I felt goosebumps flow through my body. I think he felt it... Because he started laughing. When we finally let go of the kiss, I giggled and said, "Hunter... I will never be able to get ready if you keep doing things like that..." He laughed and said, "That's ok... I don't mind." "Well I do!! Adi and I need to get some serious shopping done!!" I jumped out of his lap and ran to the bathroom before he could grab me and pull me back down. I put my hair in loose curls with bobby pins in it. All of a sudden I heard voices coming from my bedroom, and I wasn't just Hunter. When I went to check it out... I stood at the doorway and saw Hunter and Jeremy talking about sports, it made my heart melt. Seeing Hunter with kids was amazing. He was going to be an incredible father one day. Hunter and Jeremy were talking about football. "I'm so going to win..." Jeremy said with confidence. "I don't know about that one buddy! We'll have to wait and see..." Hunter said while laughing. I knocked on the door quietly. "Can I come in?" I asked. Hunter and Jeremy looked at me. "Hey Kay! I was just telling Hunter how I'm gonna beat him at football." I walked over and kneeled down on the floor in between them. "I don't know Jeremy... Hunter and I were talking earlier... And he said he was pretty good." I looked over at Hunter and winked. Soon after that... The doorbell rang and Jeremy ran downstairs to answer it. It was Adi. Hunter helped me get up from the floor and pulled me into a hug. "I'll miss you..." He said. "I miss you too... Be sure to beat Jeremy at football." He laughed and said, "hopefully I can!!" "Oh... Before I go I wanted to tell you... I booked a table at the restaurant. It's a really nice restaurant... So you might want to dress up a little bit, even though you look great in anything you wear. " He smiled and said, "Ok, I will, I love you Sweety! Have fun!" "You too. I love you." I ran downstairs and greeted Adi at the bottom of the stairs with Hunter coming behind me. "Hey Girlie! Ready to go do some serious shopping?" She said "Of course! Lets go have some girl time!" "Hunter... Are you all set with Jeremy? My mom should be home in a few hours." "Of course sweetie! We are going to have some male bonding time. Especially because he is going to be my brother in law sooner or later!" He winked at me. I giggled and said "Ok... Well you two have fun... Call me if there are any problems." "There won't be... I promise." "I love you Hunter... I'll be back later tonight... Our reservations aren't until eight because it takes me forever to get ready." "Ooooh, where are you going?!" "It's date night..." I said. "Ooooh can I help you get ready tonight?" Adi Asked excitedly. "Of course I'd love your help!" "Yay!! Ready to go?" "Yes!! Lets go shopping." "Bye beautiful! I'll see you later." I waved goodbye and then got into the convertible with Adi. As we were driving away our hair was blowing in the wind and the music was turned up loud.
