Hunter's POV:

Kay was fast asleep, snuggled up in my arms, but no matter how hard I tried, I just could not fall asleep! I laid there in bed, I didn't want to move, because it might wake Kay up, but I took my chances. I carefully pushed her over to the other side of the bed and managed to get up. "Wow! She must be in a deep sleep! It always wakes her up if she feels me moving" I thought to myself. I went and sat in my chair on the other side of the room, and looked at the clock to see that it was only eleven. Last night, the bus had stopped right next to a beach, I looked out the window, to see the stars shining bright in the sky. All of a sudden.... I thought of an idea. I stood up and went into the bathroom, shutting the door behind me. I changed into shorts, my white t-shirt, brushed my teeth and reapplied the gel to my hair. I smiled and shut the light off in the bathroom, then walked back into my bedroom. I looked at the clock to see it was almost midnight. "Time to wake up Kaylee, she'll probably think I am crazy, but oh well!" I thought to myself with a smile. I went over to the bed and kneeled down on her side and whispered in her ear, "Wake up beautiful...." "Ugh.... Hunter... What time is it?" "It's midnight..." She groaned and said, "why are you down their and not in bed sleeping... It's way to early..." "We're having date night...." "You have got to be joking..." She said as she rolled over on her side, facing me. "Would I Lie to you?" She rolled her eyes and said, "where would we be going at MIDNIGHT?!" "The dunes..." She rolled over and her stomach and brought the blankets up to cover her completely. I heard her voice fill with sarcasm as she said, "oh god... Hunter Easton... How romantic... Seriously... The dunes..." I laughed quietly and said, "Ok... I admit... We're not going to the dunes.... It's a surprise though." She rolled over with a half smile and said, "Come here..." I laughed a little and said, "why?" "Just come here!!" She said with a giggle as she pointed to the other side of the bed. I did as she said and went into bed. She giggled as she made her way closer to me and snuggled her face in my chest. "Goodnight!" She said with a giggle. I laughed and looked down at her, she had a half smile on her face. "What do you think you're doing?!" I asked. "TRYING TO SLEEP.... But somebody keeps talking!!" She said sarcastically. "Come on Lovebug!! Time to get up." She looked up at me, and I gave her the half smile that she loves so much. She giggled. "Ok... Crazy Hayes... You win..." She said sleepily. "But I need to get ready first." She told me as she got out of bed. "Um... Nope! Lets just go." She looked back at me and said, "Hunter... You have got to be kidding me... Im not going out like this." "Yes you are!!" "Ugh.... Fine..." She turned Back around and looked in the mirror and then back at me. "At least let me fix me hair!" "Um no." I said with a grin. She walked over to me and wrapped her arms around my neck. She looked up and me and giggled as she said, "fine!! I won't fix my hair.... But um... What do you use to make your hair be so perfect?" I laughed a little and said, "my gel.... It's in the bathroom... Why?" "Oh.... I guess if you won't let me fix my hair, I'll have to hide that gel...." She said with a giggle. My jaw dropped as she turned and ran to the bathroom. "Oh no.... Oh.... No...." I thought to myself I as I ran to catch her.

Kay's POV:

I ran to the bathroom and found his 'precious' hair gel. I smiled and walked to the sink as I unscrewed the cover. Just as I was going to pour it down the drain, Hunter came running in. "No .... Not my gel!!" I ran past him with the bottle of gel still in my hand and into the other room where Adi and Sam were asleep. Hunter tried to run and catch me but before we knew it, both of us tripped and fell directly on Sam and Adi's bed. Oops! Adi rolled over and groaned. When she saw me, she let out a little scream, causing Sam to wake up too. "What are you both doing in my bed?!" She asked with confusion. "Oh... Hunter and I had a little problem... Ask him..." I said looking over at him. "She took my hair gel." He said with laugh. Adi groaned and sat up and sleepily said, "Im sure she had a good reason...but, why did you need your gel? It's midnight! We should all be sleeping." I nodded and said, "I completely agree... But Mr. Hayes over there, thinks that we should get up and go have date night." She looked at Hunter and said, "are you CRAZY? It's midnight!!" I nodded in agreement. Sam joined the conversation and said, "I think it's a great idea! Go for it Hunter." "Thank you!" Hunter replied in confidence. Adi and I looked at each other and rolled our eyes. She groaned and laid back down. "I'm going to bed." She said. Sam got up and said, "Coffee anyone?!" Adi groaned and said, "it's midnight you idiot! Get back in bed!" Sam laughed and I looked at him. "I'll take some actually! I need to start waking up anyway!" Adi groaned and rolled on her stomach, putting the pillow over her head to block out the noise. I got up and just as I was about to start the coffee, Hunter grabbed my hand and said, "Nope. Go fix your hair, and then, we're leaving. I rolled my eyes and said, "ok, fine." He smiled and I walked into I put the bottle on the counter and smiled as I walked towards him and put my arms around his neck. "Will you let me fix my hair now?" He thought about for a minute, and looked down at me and grinned. "Whatever makes you happy sweetheart.... As long as you don't drain my gel down the sink." "Oh ok... I won't... I promise." He smiled and said, "I love you so much sweetie." I giggled and said, "you're lucky I love you this much.... If I didn't, I wouldn't be up right now!" He grinned as he leaned down and kissed my lips gently. He walked out of the bathroom, leaving me to do my hair . I changed into yoga pants, but kept Hunter's sweatshirt on and then I quickly braided my hair. I wasn't going to bother with makeup at midnight. I opened the door and walked back into the bedroom to see Hunter there waiting for me. "Ready beautiful?" He asked with a smile. "Only if you are!" I told him. He grabbed my hand and we made our way off of the bus.

Hunter's POV:

"Ok... So can you PLEASE tell me where you plan to have a date at midnight?!" I looked at her and smiled as I pointed across from us. "The beach." I said with a smile. She smiled and rested her head on my shoulder as we walked. After about five minutes of walking, we ended up at the beach. It was so peaceful here at night. The only sound we could hear was the waves crashing and the sound of the wind blowing. We decided lay down and cuddle on the blanket we brought. We both snapped a picture and Kay posted it on twitter with the caption: "Ok, I must admit.... @HunterHayes thought of a good idea coming to the beach... Even if it was at midnight 😋❤" She looked up at me and giggled when she put her phone away. "I love you..." She said with a smile. "I love you more sweetheart!" She giggled as I leaned down and kissed her. "So, tomorrow the team and I are doing a video shoot for the I Want Crazy video... there has to be a girl with me... And I figured it would be difficult to act with someone I've never even met... So I talked to everyone involved, and we all agreed that the girl that should be in the video with me is the one I wrote it about... That girl would be you, so would you be willing to come on set with me and be in the video?" She looked up at me and smiled. "Are you kidding? Of course I'll be in it with you!!" "Ok... So we have get the first location at seven tomorrow morning..." "I guess we won't get much sleep then!" She said with a giggle. She reached over beside her and grabbed her phone. All of sudden I heard the tune of "Can I Have This Dance" from the movie 'High School Musical Three'. She turned up the volume and set her phone back down on the blanket. She giggled as she stood up. "Dance with me?" She asked with a smile. I grinned and stood up, pulling her closer to me. "Do you want me to sing to you in my with my horrible singing voice?" I smiled and said, "of course!" She giggled and began to sing along with the words. 🎶Take my hand... Take a breath... Pull me close, and take one step. Keep your eyes, locked to mine, and let the music... Be your guide.🎶 I smiled and joined in with her. 🎶Won't you promise me (now won't you promise me, that you'll never forget)

We'll keep dancing (to keep dancing) wherever we go next.🎶 We got to the chorus. 🎶It's like catching lightning the chances of finding someone like you

She wrapped her arms around my neck and I slowly leaned in and kissed her lips passionately. When we pulled away, I whispered in her ear, "I love you so much Kay." "I love you too Hunter." As we continued dancing, I knew she was dancing away with my heart....
