Chapter 14- Yay Promotion! But what's up with Tohru?

A lot of time had passed since the whole Sea King incident. The city returned to its ordinary state. Genos got himself repaired good as new by Dr.Kuseno. It took a while though, and he also got quite an earful from Tohru about his actions with the acid spit when he returned. Now let's talk about Tohru. The constant pain and nightmares she's been having have subsided. It's like she has never had them at all. The wounds she had when she fought the Sea King healed completely too; faster than the average human. The weirdest part is that she doesn't even remember her little freak out back at the evacuation center. She's back to normal now anyways. Saitama's just..Saitama.

One day a big plane flew through Z-city and dropped off a package; it caught Tohru's attention immediately. She raced outside and started pointing and screaming at it like a little child.

"On my god! Look how big it is!" She yelled with sparkly eyes. Genos and Saitama ran after her.

"Huh? What the hell is that?" Saitama asked pointing to the package with a giant parachute attached to it.

"It's mail for us. Delivery people can't deliver it manually, so they just use parachutes." Genos said.

"Is this normal?" Tohru asked.

"No, this is transmission from the Heroes Association." Genos said. He reached into the box and pulled out a couple of letters.

"These are letters sent to heroes from ordinary people." Genos said.
"Fanmail?" Tohru asked and he nodded.

"Really? Hey these some of these are addressed to me! Come on let's open them!" Saitama exclaimed like a child.
Some of the letters had his name on them. Looks like people are starting to like Egghead. They took the box inside and dumped all the letters onto the table. Out of all of them, Genos had the most. Tohru even had some, which surprised her a bit, and they were even positive. Although there were still those horny fanboys as well and that made her feel weirded out a bit.

'Thank god they don't know my cup size.' She thought.

Now Saitama on the other hand...well they weren't that nice let's just say that. Tohru and Genos looked at them as well and they weren't pleased with the writings.

"How dare they say these things, I should find them and-" Genos said.

"Wow, these people need a hobby."
Saitama said reading the letter.

'How is he not bothered by these, or even angry for that matter?!' Tohru thought while crumbling up one his letters.

"Oh, here's one more." Saitama said taking the paper.

Dear Hero Saitama,
Thank you!!

"At least one of them shows appreciation." Tohru said a little relieved.

"Any idea who sent it?" Genos asked.

"Nope, whoever it is, I don't know what that someone's thanking me for." Saitama said.

"Well, it's from someone you saved somewhere." Genos said. Saitama then noticed the the letter in Genos' hand that was addressed to him.

"What's with that last one?" He asked.

"Oh, this is from the Heroes Associations." Genos replied.

"Are they firing me or something? Not that I would mind that." Saitama said. He opened it and looked at the writing. Right there in big letters, were the words C-Class Rank 1: Saitama

"What the hell? C-class...Rank ...1?" He said staring at the words. Both Genos' and Tohru's expressions brightened.

"Your number 1! Congrats!" Tohru exclaimed shaking his shoulder.
