Tris POV

   We sit there in the Isle for a little bit then decide to head to the hospital. Since I'm a little bigger, I need Tobias to help me up.
   "Tobiasss halppp." I say as I giggle. He helps me up and laughs. He puts the book back on the shelf that I couldn't reach and we head out of the library holding hands. It takes a few minutes but we finally make it to the ER section of the hospital. As we walk into the ER I hear someone say my name which catches me off guard.
   "Tris?" I look up to meet the eyes of someone who looks familiar. I stand there and realize who it is. I have so many things to say but the only thing that comes out of my mouth is.
   "Oh my God."
