Chapter 7

Colleen POV

Josh slips out from under me as he answers the door. I hear Ryan's voice as I look at my cell for the time. Early afternoon. I have sound check in 1 hour. "Colleen how are you feeling?" Ryan asks as he carries in a paper bag full of food. Josh stands behind watching him. "Better Ryan thanks" I say sitting up pulling down my T-shirt. "You need some soup or a drink. I brought some food for you both" he says. "Thanks" I say. Ryan looks like he is getting really comfortable as he sits down. "Ryan can you leave us please. I just want to be with Josh" I say quietly as Josh smiles behind him looking at me. "Sure of course" he says. He gets up to go and Josh closes the door behind him. "He creeps me out a bit. Does he like you Colleen?" Josh asks as he bites into a sandwich laughing. "I don't know. He is a good guy" I say trying to protect Ryan. "Did I say something wrong?" Josh asks. "Its just that Ryan is really good to me. He does anything he can for me" I say brushing through my hair. "I know. I just think he has a bit of a crush" Josh says sitting down. "At least he doesn't flirt with every woman in the world in front of his wife or girlfriend" I say sarcastically. "Hey I am not trying to start a fight babe. No need to be mean. I only flirt with you. I am cordial to everyone else" he says getting upset. "Sorry baby. Your right. Please forgive me. I know you only love me" I say hugging him as he rubs my bare back. "Babe you need to eat" he says. I quickly eat what I can while I run around the room peeling off my T-shirt and getting my stuff together. "Get Rachel in here babe. She can do this" Josh says. I nod and text Rachel to come and help as its what I pay her for and she comes right away. I answer the door standing right behind it as she walks in. "Jesus Colleen put some clothes on" she says laughing. "I am give me a second" I say smiling. "I like the outfit" Josh says while giving me his douchy sexy face.

Later at the theatre I am standing by the side stage and I feel a hand wrap around my waist as I wait to go on stage. I grab the hand but it doesn't feel like Josh's. I look behind me and its Ryan. "Ryan don't ever do that" I say angrily. "I was just rubbing your belly for good luck" he says. "She asked you not to touch her and I am TELLING you not to touch my wife" Josh says fuming mad storming up behind us. "Sorry I didn't mean anything by it" Ryan says. Josh nods and I feel awkward. Josh steps aside to talk to a stage hand. "I wonder if the baby will look like you or me" Ryan says. I spin my head around. "What? Why would it look like you?" I ask shocked. "You should never leave a drink unattended Colleen" as he walks away. "Wait what have you done?" I ask grabbing his arm. He smiles at me as Josh approaches. I am crying. "Whats wrong baby?" Josh asks me. "Ryan just asked me if the baby will look like him or me?" I say in shock. "What?" Josh asks upset. "Did he fuck you Colleen?" Josh yells as everyone turns around looking. I shake my head no and fall to the floor.
