Third person. It was 6:55 am on Riley, Lucas, Maya and Farkle's first day back at school and they were currently running late. Amelie had been up the majority of the night crying, therefore so had Lucas and Riley, they then overslept, unlike Maya and Farkle who were already at their place ready to help when they awoke. Maya was trying to calm Amelie and prepare her for her first time at daycare, Farkle was ensuring everyone's school bags were ready and Riley and Lucas were hurriedly getting ready.
"Okay! We are ready!" Riley announced as she and Lucas emerged from their bedroom to the lounge.
"Okay, I have Amelie ready." Maya informed.
"All your bags are ready too." Farkle added.
"Well, let's go then! Come on!" Lucas said and they all hurried out to his car.
"So, let me get this straight, your Aunt, who just had a baby is looking after Amelie free of charge and a whole bunch of other kids with two or three other people all day everyday?" Maya asks Riley on the way to the daycare.
"Yeah, she is a pretty awesome aunt!" Riley replies.
"I have a lot to live up to then." She jokes causing laughter to fill the car as they pull up to 'Morgan's Montessori'. Riley quickly hops out the car with Amelie and her bag and hurries her in. She is back out within moments.
"Okay. Now, school! Oh and thanks Maya and Farkle for helping so much this morning." Riley says as they drive off to a place they have not been to since they lost two of their best friends.
"What we all need to remember, is that we are all here for each other, today will be hard for all of us, but with each other, it'll be okay. Okay?" Riley then says as they pull up.
"Definitely. None of us are alone here." Maya agrees.
"I love you guys." Farkle tells the two girls and one boy as they get out the car.
"Here goes nothing guys." Lucas mutters.
"See y'all on the other side." Maya says, and solutes, she puts her arm around Farkle and walks through the doors into John Quincy Adams High.
"Thank you for the best summer." Lucas smiles.
"And thank you for proposing." Riley kisses him quickly.
"Let's do this, scared?" Lucas asks.
"Nah, I got you." Riley replies before taking Lucas's hand as she trembles into the busy building.
