*skip to the end of the school year*

Riley's POV:

"Can you believe it? We're leaving school. We are having our last prom today! We are graduating tomorrow. Is this really happening?" I ramble to Lucas, who is more interested in playing with Amelie.
"It's real alright. But it does feel like only yesterday still that you feel into my lap on the subway." He replies, I'm surprised he was actually listening.
"Subway!" Amelie exclaims jumping into her dad's lap.
"Yeah, that's how mommy and daddy met, just like that." Lucas tells the oblivious child. "But you won't meet boys that way, or at all for that matter." He adds.
"You know, I didn't think it was possible but I think you may be more protective than my dad." I say to him.
"Well he couldn't of been that protective, otherwise we wouldn't have this beautiful girl here." He smirks and I roll my eyes.
"He was, trust me."
"Okay. Anyway, what time you getting ready for tonight?" He changes the subject.
"Well, it's 12:30 now, so if you, Amelie and I grab something to eat and then I'll get Maya and go to Enid and Farkle's?" I explain.
"Cool. You cooking or me?" He asks and I remove Amelie from his lap as his answer.
"Okay. I'll just make us a wrap each as we are going out before prom, if that's okay?" He asks.
"Perfect." I reply and he goes into the kitchen.
"And you are going to your great-grandparents place for a sleepover." I tell Amelie and she laughs.
"Gwate-gwanma, gwate-gwanpa and gwand-feeny?" She asks excitedly.
"Yeah that's right! Clever girl." I kiss her forehead and take her into the kitchen where Lucas is still preparing lunch. I put Amelie in her highchair and help him.
"How come Maya is coming to prom and graduation?" Lucas asks when we sit down to eat.
"She still has to graduate high school to continue at NYU."
"I'm glad she's graduating with us. I didn't think we'd see the day." He jokes and I kick him under the table making him yelp.
"I've always believed in Maya. I knew she would graduate with us. I've always had faith in her." I explain.
"I know you have. She's lucky to have you."
"I'm lucky to have her."
"Marry her then." He jokes.
"Jealous much? And no! She's my aunt. And I'm straight!" I laugh and we finish our lunch in a comfortable silence.

"You sure you're okay to take care of Amelie and drop her off with my grandparents?" I ask Lucas, getting my stuff ready to leave to get ready.
"Yes. Now go have fun getting dolled up." He says shooing me out the door.
"I love you. Have fun tonight." I say to Amelie.
"Bye mama." She waves and I kiss Lucas goodbye also.
"Bye babe." He says to me and I leave to get Maya.
I knock on the door, and seconds later she comes out.
"Ready for senior prom?" I ask.
"Definitely! Let's do this." She replies. Maya has gone back to her normal self almost completely now, so has my uncle, and I think their relationship is stronger than ever. At least that's what it sounds like majority of the time they are home and I am home. Despite living across the hall from them, it's like they are in the same room and there is nothing worse than hearing your uncle and best friend moan and scream each other's names, well unless it's your parents. That's one thing I don't miss about living with them. Maya and Josh don't know I hear them, but  gonna tell her today.
"So how's things with you and my uncle?" I ask, once we are in my car, on the way to Enid's, casually turning up the song on the radio, Pillowtalk-how...relevant.
"Great. Really great." She smirks.
"Ew." I cringe.
"What?" She asks, and I point to the radio, 'so we'll piss of the neighbours', happens to be the line being sang at the time.
"I don't know what your talking about Riles. English please?"
"You. My uncle. Having sex. All the time!" I cringe as I explain.
"You hear that?"
"Can you go a day without having sex?"
"We have not tried."
"How?"
"I don't know, we love each other, and we waited so long. Riley, we dated for 3 years and 6 months without sex. Josh saved himself for me. I owe it to him. And he's so good, it's so passionate and fast. The faster he goes up, the better I come down." I nearly vomit at her choice of words and phrasing.
"Maya! I do not want to know about my uncle's sex life!" I tell her and she laughs.
"You brought it up."
"Just, please try to be a little quieter? I need sleep."
"It's not my fault his d-" I cut her off.
"Maya please stop! I will actually throw up on you."
"Okay. No promises for tonight though." She warns and I just turn up the volume of the radio until we arrive at Enid's house.
"Enid! We're here!" I call out and she comes rushing down to us.
"Senior prom!" She squeals.
"We've only got till summer with you before you and Farkle go away for years and years and years." I say, emotional at the thought.
"It's not fair you're not gonna be here for summer!" Maya adds. She's right, after graduation, they are immediately moving out to where MIT is to get settled into their apartment Mr Minkus bought them off campus.
"You guys can help us settle in, there are two spare bedrooms for a reason." Enid explains.
"Definitely we will." I say and we all hug.
"Now let's get ready for the best night of our lives!" I say.
"Second best for me, the best of my life is my wedding night!" Maya explains.
"Well, it's the best night for those of us who haven't gotten there yet. Although when Amelie was conceived was an amazing date night." I say and laugh and we rush to Enid's room to get ready for tonight.
"I'm so glad I was allowed to come back for senior prom and graduation." Maya says, as she applies Enid's makeup.
"Me too, I would have made dad make you a chaperon for tonight otherwise." I explain, as I style Enid's hair.
"You know, my dad was telling me Uncle Jack and Uncle Eric had this huge thing of trying to prevent all the seniors from having des when it was dad, Cory and Topanga's prom." Maya adds, and we laugh.
"My dad told me about that too." I say.
"You're quite the tight family aren't you?" Enid asks us.
"Yeah, Maya's husband is my uncle and our dad's are practically married." I joke.
"I'm gonna miss you two when I'm at MIT. You've been really good friends to me, despite how I treated Farkle when I first came here. I love you two." Enid says.
"Awe, Enid, we love you too. But it's like you said, we'll still see each other and we will talk on the group chats!" I assure her.
"The group chats are the best." Maya adds.
"You're right, I'm sorry for getting all emotional. It's prom. Fun time!" She laughs and we swap so I'm doing Maya's makeup and Enid's doing her hair, she is amazing at doing hair, and then Enid does my hair and Maya does my makeup. Then it is time for our dresses.
