Chapter 32 ~ Sans, Of Saving You From A Mother F*cking Dragon

Aeris/Elena: Yo. 'Sup? Do you like dragons?

Veres: Of course they would like dragons. We are majestic, amazing, and graceful god-like beings.

Aeris/Elena: Yeah, yeah. Whatever, you lizard. Anyways, no dragons will be actually harmed in this chapter. I mean... they probably will, but who honestly cares?

Veres: *His voice goes 400 pitches higher* I CARE! I AM THOUSANDS OF YEARS OLD, YOU...

Aeris/Elena: Hey, you're not the one dying.

Veres: Then I don't really care. Go ahead and kill as many of them as you want... provided you don't become genocidal and attempt to kill my entire species.

Veres: That would just be rude.

Aeris/Elena: You can't do that. You can't have two lines of dialogue!

Veres: Oh, yes I can. I'm all-powerful.

Aeris/Elena: *Sigh* Why do you always have to be such a pain?

Veres: I should be asking that of you. You're the one who flipped my life upside down.

Aeris/Elena: Before he spoils any more of whatever happened between us, go check out the book we're from! It's called The Dragon Within.~

Veres: The writer probably just wanted to use this as a promotion.

Aeris/Elena: Yeah. What a trash writer. That's disgusting.

Me: Please don't talk about me when I'm right here. I'm literally right in front of you.

Veres: We don't care.

Aeris/Elena: You suck.

Me: . . . Can't argue with that.

You, Fusion, and Uf!Sans and Uf!Papyrus had finally left the winding areas of homes. You led them forwards, happily.

All of that was screwed over when you were suddenly thrust into the air.

"HOLY F*CKING SHIT!" You yell, flailing. "IT'S A MOTHER F*CKING DRAGON! SHAPED LIKE A GASTER BLASTER! WITH A SKELETAL BODY! AND WINGS! OF BONE! MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMY!" You called out for Toriel, terrified out of your mind.

Uf!Papyrus and Uf!Sans were having the time of their lives, laughing at your misery.

"Oh.. Oh. Okay, we need to send this to Alphys." Uf!Sans was choking from laughter. He began to record it on his cell-phone. "Haha, this is classic. This is good."

"HOW IS ANY OF THIS CLASSIC?! IT'S A MOTHER F*CKING DRAGON!" You screamed your throat raw. Fusion seemed to be the only one attempting to get you down, but he couldn't teleport high enough. You were beginning to get pissed off... and then someone blocked your view of the others.

"Huuuuuuuuuuuuuh? I caught a human~ A human!~ Papyrus is gonna praaaaaaaaaaaise me~" 

It was Sans. Definetely Sans. However, jutting out from his skull were horns, and protruding from his back were wings much alike to bat wings. A tail flicked around his waist and feet. There were markings all over his body, black and red. They looked like runes of some sort.

"S....Sans? What..." 

"Woah~ You know my name? That's cool.~ Are you a psychic, lady...? Can you read my mind?~" He came uncomfortably close. "This is my first time meeting a human, y'know. I like your eyes~ And your skin~ And your lips~ And your hair~ I like everything about you. Hey, human, can I keep you?" He grinned coyly. Your face was redder than Fusion ever could have made it. Such a blatant confession... and he wasn't even flinching.

His fingerbones brushed through your hair, and you were reminded of... the first time. The first time Sans did that, when you were behind the lamp.

"You're so soft, human...~ Can you love, human...? Can you love me...? I want nothing more than to love and be loved....~ Let me keep you, okay?" He came closer, cupping your face in his hands. His teeth were inches away from your lips. "I don't want to be alone... not anymore.~ I don't want to feel sad ever again...~" His teeth pressed against your lips, and his eyesockets shut. Your eyes shut in response. He was gentle, more than anything you had ever known. His fingerbones were brushing across your skin. "I just want to take in all of you... how soft you are... how pretty you look... Tell me, human, why do I feel this way? Can't you tell me why I love you?" 

He didn't know? He was so much more tender than any of the other Sans you had met. He bared all, no lies, no shortcuts.

"I don't know if I can. To be honest, I don't know...why I even love you. Why I still love you." You spoke to him, as if he was the original Sans.

"I was told that true love comes in many forms...You look so hurt, human...Did another version of me play nasty games with your pretty grey heart...? I apologize...~ I apologize for us both~ I'm sure neither of us meant to.~" 

The dragon began to lift in the sky, and by now, all three of the members in your 'party' were attempting to get to you in a panic. However, you were serene and calm. 

"I know... I know you never meant to. Who...are you?" You asked.

"I'm Sans, but I'm sure you knew that already...~ I've been watching you for a while now....~ I want you to meet everyone...~ I want you to fix things between the devils and the angels...~ You were able to fix things for the others...~ So can you please do me this favor and stop us from hurting each other....?~"

This Sans was beyond sincere. You were about to agree, when a familiar sound burst through the air....

And a familiar skeleton was floating on a Gaster Blaster head.

"Hey, looks like I'm dead on time." A familiar, punny skeleton.
