Percy

I woke up to a smack in the face. To my instincts I hopped to my feet pulling riptide.
The small figure in front of me tensed up and froze.

"Star." I said rubbing the sleep out of my eyes.
"P...pe...p....." She tried to finish but instead began to cry.
"Hey. You alright?"
"Noooo am not alright. I....I just found out am.....am centuries ooold. I should be deadddd." She hiccuped, crying.
"It was just a dream."
"No. It wasn't I remember now."

I looked at her and then she calmed down and rapidly let go of me and rubbed the tears out of her face.

We waited for Jason who was gone.
He came back a few minutes later with hot chocolate and donuts.

Stardue gulped down her food.

"So where we headed now?" I ask.

Stardue abruptly stopped and ran deeper down the alley. Me and Jason looked at each other and followed. She gaged a few times and then got back up but gaged again.

"Just let it out Star."
"Shut up Grace!" She gaged.
"Was the donut that bad?" I add taking a bite.

Jason smacks my hand making me drop the donut and he grabs Stars hair pulling it out her face and patted her back.

"Am alright." She said.
"Well lets go." I said rudely.

She leaded the way pulling her hood over her face.

"She doesn't look good." I whisper to Jason.
"I know man. As long as she could keep going."

We headed somewhere familiar and welcoming. The beach I could feel the waves of water.

"Where we going?" I said a bit excited.
"The beach." She said.
"Its no time for vacationing, Star." Jason said.
"Calm down Grace, ama just make a quick visit."

We walked until I could see the beach and then Star jogged, us right behind.
