Mommy

I love my mommy.

She's the best mommy in the world.

---

She always tries to look her best.

With short skirts

And tiny tops

And bare arms.

---

She always challenges herself.

Like when she stands on the scale,

And mutters,

"Really? You can do better."

---

She always tries new options,

With a new daddy every night.

---

Although sometimes she's sad,

And locks herself up in her room,

And draws on her arms with red paint,

She's usually very fun.

Like when she spins around the room,

Giggling and stumbling,

And drinking from a bottle.

---

And of course,

Not a day goes by,

When she takes my chin in her hands,

And whispers, "You're so beautiful.

Why can't I be that beautiful?"

And it makes me giggle,

(Even when her fingers

Are a little too tight.)

---

---

I want to be just like Mommy when I grow up.
