You watched from the balcony above the opening to the highway exit where the chase was ending. It was very obvious it was ending, the cars ahead blocked the exits and the cars behind did the same. The three men in the middle were left trapped too focused on one another to noticed you, the cops, or anything else going on around them.
"Time to go to work!" You jumped down from the railing and waited until you heard the silence to spring your trap to save the soldiers.
"Don't move!!" One cop yelled.
"Congratulations Captain, you're a criminal now." One man said as Cap raised his arms, the other two did the same thing.
"Hm, looks like you two are in quite the pickle." You popped in through one of your lovely mutation's portals. Something you had gotten quite used to, others? Not so much.
"Ah-ah!" You pointed up at the cops surrounding the three. A strategically placed trap lay above each man's head, one made from your mutation of course.
"I wouldn't move a muscle or you will all drop dead in less time it takes then to pull those triggers. Now," You swiveled on your feet to face Steve and Bucky.
"Come Steve, Bucky" You motioned towards the swirling portal and they hesitated.
"Oh, don't be big babies about it. HEY! I said don't move or I will kill you all!" They stopped in their tracks and you yanked both startled men into the portal before it and all of the others disappeared.
"Feel good to be outta there?" You tossed each man a bottle of water, each caught easily as you flopped on your couch. Well, it wasn't technically yours, you just borrow it from time to time to get away from Stark's tracking systems.
"You two going to talk or just stand there and become fly traps?" You commented lazily as you noted the small gap between their lips.
"Who are you?" You gasped, fake hurt evident in your eyes.
"Who am I? Well, your savior it seems but you should know me Captain. We've worked together quite often and I'd expect Bucky not to know me, hell, you're the only reason I know him." You pointed halfheartedly at the shaggy haired man.
