Chapter 36

"I wanted to go! The piece of shit needs to be set straight", Beau yells as he paces back and forth the hospital room. He clenches his fists and I can tell her is ready to break something any moment now.

"Beau will you calm down!", Gina says but he doesn't listen. He continues to storm back and forth furious at Logan. In a way I am sort of happy he didn't go. Beau would have no control and would hurt him ten times worse than he did the first time. I know Logan has done pretty bad things but I don't think beating him up will solve anything... Maybe I am just saying this because I know Beau will do this to me if he finds out.

"I want to know everything!", he shouts at James.

"Everything that happened last night!".

All our attention is drawn to Anna as we hear a small noise escape her lips. I feel myself rise from my chair but my feet remain still in place.

Beau quickly runs over to the bed taking her hand. His express is full of emotion and stress seeing his sister passed out in a hospital bed.

"Anna can you hear me", he pleads squeezing her hand gently. Desperation fuels his words as he searches for a response. Any response he can get.

"Anna please wake up".

"Say something please".

Anna eyes slowly opens her eyes and is startled to see her surroundings.

"W-What is going on?", Her voice is small and week.

"Am I in a hospital?", she croaks sitting up slightly. I want to run over and comfort her but I can't since Beau is in the room.

Anna's eyes widen in confusion as she looks around the room. Her eyes meet mine but she quickly looks away.. Tears begin to form in her eyes as she glances over at her mother and Beau.

Her mother cups her face crying into her hands. "Anna my baby".

Beau wraps his arms around her, and Anna is surprised by his reaction. For all she knows she thinks Beau is still mad at her and pretending he doesn't care. What she doesn't know is how panicked he has been for the last hour we have been here. I have never seen Beau like this. He looks so hurt and angry at the same time. He is so caught off guard and looks so weak, yet still. frightening.

"Everything is okay", he mumbles into the crook of her neck.

"Why am I here, what's wrong with me", her voice is small and full of concern

"You have alcohol poisoning Anna", her mother tells her.

"Alcohol poisoning", Anna mutters under her breath. She shakes her head, "I am sorry", she cries.

"Sorry? Sorry for what?", her mother asks.

"I know I shouldn't have been out drinking I am sorry".

Gina takes her hand rubbing it, "I know baby. But it wasn't all your fault. Logan made you drinks that were much stronger for you to handle, and ended up poisoning you".

Anna's eyes widen, "What? Why would be do that".

"He was trying to get you as fucking wasted so he can-", I begin but Beau glances over at me causing me to remain quiet.

"Do you understand why I don't like Logan now", Beau stresses running his fingers through his hair.

She nods wiping her tears.

"I am sorry Beau".

"Don't be sorry", his words come out lower than a whisper. "I know I have been acting like a jerk lately but I didn't mean it. I love you Anna. I will always be here to protect you. I was just trying to protect you".

Anna hugs Beau tightly.

"All I want to do is protect you. I hate how you don't understand that. I hate seeing you hurt", he continues to cries.

"I know", she cries.

"Where are Luke and Jai".

When no one responds a worried expression appears upon her face.

"Where are they?", she repeats.

"They..", I gulp.

"They went to find Logan" I tell her and her face pales in colour.

Jai's POV

"What the fuck were you thinking!", Luke shouts pressing Logan up against his wall. I am surprised Logan even answered the door for us. He looks exhausted and he must have a hangover because he is not as responsive as I expected him to be. You can a party had been held here. The amount of garage and plastic cups is sickening.

"What are you doing here", he questions and I can see the fear in his eyes. Logan tries to push Luke off of him but his grip to too tight.

"You know exactly why we are here", I bark back.

"No I don't. What did I do!", Logan shouts back pretending to be fucking clueless.

"Don't pretend like you don't fucking know! You put our sister into a fucking hospital for alcohol poisoning!".

"Alcohol poisoning", his tone is shocked.

"B-But.. I-I", he stutters over his words.

"Why the fuck would you drug our sister!", Luke shouts slamming Logan against the wall once more.

"I didn't mean too!", he defends but both know he is lying.

"Don't fucking lie to me!", Luke shouts making his grip around his shirt tighter.

"We both know you were trying to get her wasted to fucking get her in bed! What kind of sick person does that!", I shout and I push Luke off of Logan. Luke isn't doing anything and Logan will not learn his lesson by us just yelling at him. I wanted to beat the shit out of him the second he answered the door but Luke wouldn't let me. I don't know why he is waiting so long.

"Huh! Fucking cunt answer me!", I shove his back into his wall once again.

"I invited her to my party with no intentions of hooking up with her".

"Why would you even invite her in the first place!? You know how much we hate you! How many times do we have to warn you to stay away from our sister!", I scream and I cannot control my angry anymore. I lift my arm and Logan is caught by surprise when my fist meet his jaw. I can't hold it in anymore. The thought of Logan even laying one finger on my sister makes me sick.

"What the fuck was that for!", Logan spits pushing me off of him.

Logan lifts his arm to his lip wiping the blood. "Don't fucking yell at me! I was trying to keep her away from that fucking boyfriend of hers! If anything I was doing you a favor!", he yells back and it takes me a minute to realize he said boyfriend... Anna has a boyfriend? That can't be she would have told us.

I look over to Luke who is just confused as I am.

"What the fuck are you taking about?".

Logan wipes the blood from his lip once more before smirking at us.

"Yea little Anna isn't the perfect little princess you think she is. If she was, she wouldn't have been all over me last night. She basically begged me to fu-", before Logan can finish his sentence Luke pushes him into the wall harder, punching him in the stomach. I cannot even picture Logan touching Anna. The thought makes me sick.

"Luke stop it. He isn't even fucking worth it!", I say pulling Luke off of him.

"You are just lucky we didn't send Beau or he would have ended you for good you piece of shit", Luke growls through his teeth.

"Try even going near our sister again! Or I swear you will never see daylight again", I threaten before slamming his door closes leaving Logan on the ground.
