It was such a small gesture that Jack almost missed it. They'd been dating for almost a year, but they'd never done anything in public, mainly because they weren't sure when would be a good time. But pax was already filled with people, no one was really paying attention to them, so Mark reached between him and his boyfriend and took his hand. Jack smiled and squeezed Mark's hand gently, feeling the American returned the gesture, smiling just as wide.
"Wait, so what do we say if someone notifies us?" Jack asked eventually, looking down at his hand, still intertwined with Mark's
"What do you mean?" Mark replied "if anyone asks we tell them the truth. I don't want to keep this secret anymore, ok?"
Jack just smiled and nodded happily "ok"
