"Ok, ok, SHUT UP" jack laughed, another year, another panel at pax that he was glad to be a part of. Not to mention his boyfriend was here with him, and kept smiling at him, playing what the audience thought was a joke, just to hug him, or hold his hand. Jack, of course, played back, but after 3 years of dating, he had something special planned. Around 3/4 of the way in to the show, the question popped up "ok jack, we asked once, and it failed, now let's try this again. DO YOI HAVE A PROPOSAL SPEECH FOR MARK?"
Jack couldn't stop he anxiety knotting in his stomach as he got down on one knee, miming opening a ring box "oh heartthrob of YouTube" he could hear the shippers screaming, he laughed quietly "I asked you once, you shot me down, so I'll try again, 3 years later. Mark, would you marry me?"
Mark blushed and laughed "haven't we already done this joke?" He said
"Yeah I guess" jack started and looked up at mark again. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a small ring box, "but this time I'm not joking"
The silence hit the crowd for almost a full minute before someone exclaimed
"HOLY CRAP ITS CANNON?!"
Which stated the screaming again.
When everyone had calmed down, Jack looked up at mark, the fear of rejection flickering in his bright blue eyes
"Jack, I need to know this, you're honestly not joking?" Mark asked, his voice shaking
"No, I swear I mean this." He smiled, tears blurring his vision slightly "I want to be the one who can brag about being yours, I want to be able to walk together, hand in hand, without fear of being noticed, because we don't care anymore. But most of all" jack looked at his boyfriend, who was also starting to cry "I want to be with you, for the rest of my life. So mark Edward fishbach, will you marry me?"
Mark scrubbed his eyes and smiled "I... It took you long enough" he laughed "of course I'll marry you"
"DIBS IM THE BRIDESMAID" yelled felix as The screams echoed through the building. jack stood up and wrapped his arms around his boyfriend, pulling him in for a kiss, totally in love
