Day 18: doing something together

(No it's not sex, get your mind out of the gutter you dirty little spork)

If there was one thing that hadn't changed at all since Mark and Jack started dating, it was how much fun they had recording. Recording alone was fun, and editing with the other person was now a nice advantage, and had been helpful at the start, since both of them liked making the other's job harder, with stolen kisses before they were public. But their favourite thing to do, was record together. When it was a horror game, Jack would usually over play being scared, so he could cuddle into Mark. When it was a funny game, the two couldn't stop laughing, because for every stupid joke in the game, there was a dirty one from the players.

Jack liked playing the romantic games, because at literally every chance he got, he'd play it up. Doing most of the voices for the girls in the game, and flirting when he wasn't doing that. Considering he wasn't bad at flirting when he was actually trying to, this usually led to him and Mark making out once the camera was off, and once by accident when the camera was still on. Oh boy was that fun to explain.

Mark on the other hand, loved the RPGs they played, because he was usually pretty awful at them, but Jack was pretty good. This lead to a lot of moments where Jack was deeply sucked into the game, and Mark was just dicking around behind him to see how long it'd take to notice. He started keeping track of his longest time after he managed to get 20 seconds once, and his record currently stands at 45. Jack has his own game, of seeing how long he can watch his boyfriend in the camera before he's unable to keep from laughing. This is probably why his record is also 45 seconds.

Gaming alone was fun, gaming together was hilarious, gaming as a couple was the best thing they did together. A lot of the fandom loved the romantic moments in this, so it was Jack's idea to start a once a week series called "date night." They basically played some stupid game, but the rules came into editing. They couldn't cut any kiss hug or flirty moment from the entire recording, and after a while Mark had added a counter for how many little romantic things they did each game. The highest actually came from one of the horror games, they can't remember which, because Jack kept pretending to be terrified so that Mark would cuddle him. After a few sessions of this, Jack just started the recordings sat on Mark's lap. It's where he usually ended up anyway.
