Chapter 18

ONE MONTH LATER

Alyshia's POV

EXO's manager suddenly came up to us when we were just cooking for the other members.

"Alyshia, Baekhyun. I have some bad news."

"Oh. What is it...?"(Baekhyun)

"You guys.... Won't be able to see each other for the next 2 years. I'm sorry."

"What?!?!? Why?!?!?"

"Baekhyun. You have REALLY tight schedules. You guys won't have time to mess around like this. Especially with all your concerts and solo stages. Alyshia, your mum will tell you."

"Oh... Okay." The manager left.

"Baekhyun. I'm gonna go and ask my mum first okay? I'll be back."

"Y-yeah. Okay." So I went up to mum in her room. She was reading a book that she usually reads.

"Mum..... Whats going on?" She put her book down and looked at me.

"The manager told you didn't he."

"Yeah. Why mum...."

"Well. I'm sorry but I had to."

"What's going to happen to me?"

"You're... You're going to study in America for the next 2 years."

"W-what. When am I going?"

"Umm. You're going tomorrow."

"What?!?!? Don't I get some time to hang with Baekhyun?!"

"I know how you feel Alyshia. Your grandmother did the same thing to me. I never saw you're father until 5 years later. Just be grateful."

"Fine. I'll be grateful. Okay then. Grateful it is!" I left my mum and went back to Baekhyun crying.

"Alyshia... What happened? Why are you crying?"

"I'm... Going to America to study there for 2 years. So I won't be able to see you...."

"What?!? When are you going?!?!?"

"T-tomorrow...."

"What?!?!? Why so early?!?!?"

"I don't know... My mum just told me. I'm sorry Baekhyun." I ran into my room and kept crying. I needed to pack. I needed to get ready. I needed to lay in my bed crying because I'm gonna miss Baekhyun. Aish.

I didn't think that I would ever fall in love with a celebrity I never knew, especially since our relationship started out to being a pretend one.

Someone then knocked on my door.

"Alyshia... Alyshia... Come out. I know you're sad. But today is the last day I get to spend time with you. I'm gonna miss you. Come and spend time with me... Please." I opened the door crying and then I hugged him tight. Even though our relationship may be secret, I still like it. 

"Alyshia. I'm going to see you in the future... Right?"

"I.. I don't know. But I want to see you in the future..." I saw Luhan in the living room hiding behind a door watching us. Then the rest of EXO came. I guess they heard the news.

"Ya! Alyshia! Why didn't you tell us you were going to study tomorrow?"(Lay) Then Luhan came out and stood with the others. I still never figured out stuff about him...

"I... I just found out today..."

"Ya... Jinja?"(Kai)

"Yeah..."

"Oh. Sorry Alyshia. I guess we're going to miss you." I sniffed at what Chanyeol said. Even though we had our hardships, EXO and I are like really close now.

"Haha. I'm gonna miss you guys too."

"Ya! Since today is our last day with Alyshia, lets have some fun! We don't have any schedules too!"(Sehun)

"Right, Manager?"(D.O)

"Yeah. Okay. Its fine with me."

"Alyshia. Where do you want to go most?"(Chen)

"I want to go to the park~!!!"

"Okay. We'll go to the park~!!"

"Yay! Thanks Baekhyun!" So we did end up going to the park. But not just some normal park. We went to an amusement park!! Yeah!! I didn't go on a lot of rides because I'm scared of heights.. Yeah... They're scary... I was just looking at all those scary rides and when I turned around... EXO was gone...

"What the.. Where did EXO go??" I went walking around and I saw Luhan. So I expected him to be with the other members but he wasn't...

"Luhan! Hey where are the others?"

"I... I don't know... I got lost too..."

"Aish. What now." I was looking around just in case I would be able to find Baekhyun, but the fact that he's not Luhan really wants me to dig into it.

"Ya... Alyshia..."

"Hmm?"

"Are you... Really going tomorrow?"

"Yeah. My mum said so. So yeah I guess."

"I'm gonna miss you Alyshia."

"Umm. I'm gonna miss you too...?"

"Alyshia."

"Yeah?"

"I... I still like you." Lies.

"Luhan... I'm with Baekhyun. We will always be friends!"

"But Alyshia!"

"Alyshia!" I turned around and saw Baekhyun.

"Oh. Baekhyun!" I ran up to him. Every time... Luhan always has to tell me. I just feel awkward!! This guy isn't Luhan, and he's ruining Luhan's life!

Chapter Suspense: Why does Luhan keep telling Alyshia he likes her? What about the fact that everyone knows he isn't Luhan?

A brief paragraph about what happens next:

They go home and Alyshia packs. Baekhyun sets his alarm clock to the same time as Alyshia so he could drop Alyshia off at the airport. But Alyshia secretly turns off his alarm clock so that she doesn't cry when she leaves. She left him a note saying the things she wanted to say before she left.
