Ingredients
Minced meat
Onions
Tomatoes
Tomato paste
Coriander
Black pepper
Red chilli pepper
Spices of your choice
Salt to taste
Naan or Tortillas
Recipe:
First fry your minced meat plain. Then add grated onion and continue frying for some time. Add tomatoes, green pepper and fry for like 5 minutes then add oil and fry then add tomato paste and mix. Lastly add coriander and some water and let it cool till water dries then add red or black pepper and salt and any spice you need let it coon a bit and your minced meat is ready.
For the bread you make like tortillas or Naan bread. I buy mine ready made. Then place the round cooked bread and add the cooked meat on top. Do it in layers till top. Cut into 4 pieces and serve with yoghurt that has been mixed with garlic.
