Cut into strips the steak and wash thoroughly and add in a bowl now add in 1/3 cup soya sauce, a pinch of black pepper , pinch of chilli powder , sugar 1tbsp, salt 1/8tsp, one onion thinly sliced, garlic n ginger paste. Allow to marinate. for an hour. or overnight. Now take a wok and add little oil, once heated add the steak strips and its marinade. Stir occasionally over medium heat. Now add 4tbsp of honey. N keep stirring till all its juices has reduced completely. (Optional to add at this stage chopped french beans ) enjoy with chapatis, rotis, naan bread etc.
