    Easy Baklava Cups

        1 package frozen filo cups
        1/4 cup pistachios
        1/4 cup walnuts
        1/4 cup almonds
        1/4 teaspoon salt
        1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
        1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
        2 tablespoons butter, melted
        1 1/2 tablespoons honey
        2-3 drops fresh lemon juice

    Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

    Put the nuts on a baking sheet and toast them for 5 minutes. Remove and let cool.

    Add the nuts, cinnamon, sugar, and salt to a food processor. Pulse until nuts are finely chopped. Transfer to a small bowl and add melted butter, honey, and lemon juice. Stir to combine well.

    Fill the filo cups with mixture and bake for 5-6 minutes. Let cool and serve.

    Makes 15 baklava cups
