500g mince chicken
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Juice of 2 lime
1 egg2 tablespoons Oil for frying
150g ketchup
Extra Juice of 2 lime250g cheddar cheese grated
In a bowl mix all the minced Chicken, black pepper curry powder, egg, cayenne pepper, minced garlic, lime juice and salt to taste.
Make a smooth mixture using your hands make your meat balls and continue with the rest you should get around 8- 10 meatballs. In a hot non stick pan, pour the oil and pan sear the meat balls on both sides until golden color it will produce its own juices let them cook until the juices evaporated and you can only see the oil bubbles. Once browned add some ketchup, extra lime juice and sprinkle cheddar cheese then cover until the cheese is melted, serve.Serve with some garlic bread
Garlic bread
4 long bread rolls
50g Butter
2 teaspoons garlic pasteMix the butter and the garlic paste then slice the bread rolls and spread on the bread then pan fry until golden brown.
