CARAMEL PUDDING

Ingredients :
1 cup condensed milk
2 cups milk
8 eggs
1 tsp corn flour
1 cup of sugar for caramel
2 Tbsp vanilla

Method Of Preparation:
1. Add 1 cup of white sugar into a cake pan and place on the stove over low heat stirring well until the sugar forms a caramel, be careful not to burn sugar. Remove from heat.

2. Blend all other ingredients in a blender  strain and pour mixture into the cake pan

3. Pour hot water into a baking tray then place the cake pan in it. Bake in preheated oven at 180°c for 50 minutes.

4. Refrigerate for few hours before serving.

5. To serve run clean knife on the sides of ur pan,put a plate on top and flip upside down. Enjoy!

Note:-
Fill water in a tray just half way.
