INGREDIENTS

1 kilo mince 
2 onions
2 eggs
6 slices bread
Handful of chopped parsley 
2 tablespoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon baking powder

METHOD

Wash & drain mince. Place bread in the food processor to form bread crumbs. Process onions and drain out all the water. Combine all the ingredients together. Roll into a ball and pat down onto a well greased pan. Drop tiny dollops of ghee (Clarified butter) on each frikadel and Bake at 180deg till done.
