Ingredients

🔸1 cup dried red chillies
🔸Hot water
🔸Salt to taste
🔸1 tbsp coriender seeds
🔸1 tsp cumin seeds
🔸1 tsp fennel seeds
🔸1/3 cup garlic cloves
🔸1/4 cup tomato paste
🔸1/2 cup olive oil
🔸1 tbsp chopped coriander

HOW TO PREPARE:-

1. Soak red chillies in hot water for 15-30 minutes or until soft. Drain water

2. Heat a pan over medium heat and dry roast whole spices until slightly browned and fragrant, don't burn. Set aside to cool

3. Place half of oil in a blender with all ingredients and blend until blended.

4. Transfer into an airtight glass jar and top up with remaining oil. Store in refrigerator for dairly use.
