Dough.
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 Tblsp ghee or oil
3 Tblsp buttermilk
Water to tie the doughSift dry ingredients
Rub butter/oil and buttermilk into the flour.
Add enough water to make a soft sconelike dough.
Let it rest for a while.
Use samoosa mince(I make mine quite moist) and make it into small balls(if it's too dry you can add egg to the mince before making the balls)
Freeze the balls till it harden and can keep its shape.
Pinch balls from the dough, so 28-30 pieces
Take one, flatter it and place the mince ball inside, close and shape round.
Heat oil to med hot and deep fry till golden brown..
