Ingredients :
⚫1½ cups macaroni
⚫2. onions chopped
⚫4 tomatoes chopped
⚫½ cup mixed veggies (carrots, cauliflower, beans - Chopped)
⚫1 tsp. ginger paste
⚫ ½ garlic paste
⚫½ tsp cumin seeds
⚫Salt to taste
⚫3 Tbsp oil
⚫1/2 chili powder (optional)
⚫1. tsp garam masala
⚫1/2 tsp black. pepper
⚫1 Tbsp tomato ketchup
⚫2 Tbsp chopped corianderInstructions
1. Boil a couple of cups of water, add salt to taste and a tbsp of oil.
2. Add macaroni and boil till cooked well but not mushy, strain and rinse under cold water
3. Heat a pan, and add in 2 tbsps of oil, once hot add cumin seeds. ginger, chili and garlic. Saute for a moment.
4. Add onions and cook till the onions are translucent, then add in the tomatoes. Stir and add in salt to taste.
5. Cook till the tomatoes are mushy. Add the veggies, and cook for another two-three minutes. Add the ketchup stir and cook for a minute.
6. Season it with red chili powder and a little bit of garam masala, cook the spices for 2 minutes
7. Add macaroni and mix well.. Top it off with coriander and a touch of black pepper. Enjoy!
