NUTTELA FILLED CREPES

INGREDIENTS:

⚫1⅓ cups cake flour
⚫1 cup milk
⚫½ cup water
⚫¼ cup granulated white sugar
⚫1 egg
⚫Pinch of salt
⚫Vegetable oil to grease the pan
⚫Nutella for filling
⚫Melted  chocolate for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.

2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.

4. Pour the crepe batter onto the pan, using approximately ¼ cup for each crepe.

5. Tilt the pan in  to coat and form a circle.

6. Cook the crepe for about 30 seconds, until the bottom is light brown.

7. Flip over and cook the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.

8. Spread nutella over a crepe dont spread too much and roll as shown in pics.

9. Garnish with nutella melted chocolate, if desired. Enjoy
