Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
1 and a quarter cup water
A quarter teaspoon salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp yoghurt
A quarter tsp ground black pepper
Method:
In a mixer, add all the ingredients except water. Now add the water and continue to mix.
Knead well until you get a soft dough.
Let the dough rise.
Now divide the dough into 6 balls.
For the stuffing:
Grated cheese
Chopped coriander
Mix these two together
Roll each ball, half way into rolling add the cheese stuffing and seal it back into a ball. Now flatten the sealed ball and roll it out like a chapati to your desired thickness.
Repeat this process with the remaining balls n cheese mixture.
Now place a frying an on a stove and cook the naans until both sides are cooked.
Serve them with tea or as a side dish or as a snack.
