Ingredients:
12 Beef steaks (boneless and not too thick)
3 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
Salt
Ground black pepper
Lemon juice
Marinate the beef steaks with the above spices.
In a pressure cooker, add some water like a cup or a cup and a half, then add the beef steaks. Cover the pressure cooker and cook the steaks until they are soft. Since we put little water in the pressure cooker check the steaks once in a while so that they don’t get burned.
Once the steaks are soft, pan fry them with a little bit of oil and butter. Fry them on both sides and then keep them aside. Or you can also grill them on a charcoal or electric grill.
For the sauce:
12 mushrooms thinly sliced
1/3 cup oil
2 to 3 tbsp butter
Salt
Ground black pepper
Whole black pepper
2 tbsp corn starch mixed with water to make thin paste
1/4 tsp crushed red chili flakes
Milk
Cream

Method:
In a pan, add the oil and butter and cook the mushrooms.
Once the mushrooms are soft, add the salt, ground black pepper, whole black pepper and mix well.
You can add some of the liquid that is left from the pressure cooker that was used to boil the steaks.
Then add the cornstarch paste and mix well and then immediately add the cream and milk a little at a time stirring constantly until the desired thickness of the sauce is reached.
Your sauce is now ready, add the steaks in the sauce and let it simmer for a minute before serving.
Enjoy!!
