Ingredients:-
__________1/2 kg Minced beef
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
Few coriander leaves
3 Tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 cup oil
Salt to taste
PREPARATIONS:-
____________________1. In a bowl combine minced beef, ginger - garlic paste, chopped coriander and curry powder until well blended
2. Portion out the mixture and form medium sized balls
3. In a saucepan over medium heat fry onions until browned , add in chopped, paste and salt stir and bring to a boil,add in curry powder, meatballs and little water.
4. Lower the heat and let simmer until meatballs are fully cooked for about 20 minutes.
5 . Serve kofta curry with rice or chapati.
NB:
When dropping koftas into the sauce make sure you coat them with flour, this will help them to keep in shape
