Coconut Buns:

Ingredients:
6 cups flour
2 and a half cups water
1 or 2 tbsp Yoghurt
1 tbsp butter
Salt
Sugar to taste
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
Ground cardamom
1 cup coconut powder
Method:
In a mixer, add all the ingredients except water.
Mix well, then add water in parts until you get a soft, firm and somewhat sticky dough.
Cover and let the dough rest.
Once risen, shape into desired size balls and place the balls in a greased baking pan spacing the balls well so that they have space to expand.
Cover and let the balls rise.
Once risen brush the top gently with an egg wash.
Bake them in a 350 degrees oven for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Let the buns cool before removing them from the pan.
