Ingredients:
2 cups semolina flour
1 cup milk powder
1 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tin condensed milk
3 tbsp sugar
2/4 cups plain yoghurt
Mix everything well and place it in a baking pan, make lines on the basbousa and bake for about 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
After 45 minutes, turn the stove to broil and remove from oven when you get the desired colour.For syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
Bring to a boil, then after boiling, let it cook for a few minutes. Once the sugar begins to become sticky, remove and let it cool.
Pour the cooled syrup over warm basbousa.
