PANCAKE POPPERS

⚫1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
⚫3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
⚫3/4 teaspoon salt
⚫1 tablespoon granulated sugar
⚫1 cup plus 1 tablespoon milk
⚫1 large egg
⚫1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⚫3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
⚫1 large egg white
⚫1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, optional

INSTRUCTIONS:-

1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Grease cake pop pan with oil or melted butter . Set aside.

2. In add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar and stir to combine

3. Add milk, egg yolk, vanilla, and melted butter. Whisk until combined . Don't over mix.

4. In another bowl, beat egg white until white and thick . Gently fold egg whites into pancake batter until incorporated.

5. Add mini chocolate chips, if using. Scoop or spoon the batter on your cake pop pan

6. Bake for 12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7. Immediately invert pancake poppers onto a wire rack and let them slightly cool.

8. Serve poppers with honey,Marple syrup,fruit
