Chapter 5

-Sofie-

It's been a week since I started to study here at the Orion University and people immediately knew me. I become instant famous here at the school and people really form gossips when they found out that Jaylord is my boyfriend. That's right, Jaylord is my boyfriend that is why we are so close to each other. But we separable we always having a rough time in our relationship but we keep coming back together. For the past five months of our relationship we split already twice because of stupid gossip so right now we don't want that to happen and we keep it low but what is happening right now I think it is blurred as a dirty water what we wanted.

"Sofie, are you okay?" Seth asked me and I nod. I am not in the mood to talk.

"Let her be alone guys." JC said. "Alam naman natin kaya ganyan si Sofie dahil wala si JM dito at nasa board meeting kasama ang mga head ng school."

"Sabihin mo kasama ng mga magulang natin." Sabi ni Katsumi at tumawa ng napakalakas. Tinignan ko lang si Katsumi ng masama at saka ko siya inirapan.

"Hey Katsumi." Sabi ng isang babae. Mukha siyang pamilyar sa akin pero hindi ko matandaan kung saan ko siya nakita. Naka-cheerleader uniform siya, panigurado kasali siya sa pep squad. Lumingon siya sa akin at sabay ngiti "Hi Princess."

"You knew me?" tanong ko and she burst out of laughing.

"Ako yung nag-tour sayo dito si Yannie." She said and she sat beside Katsumi.

"Girlfriend ko." Matipid na sagot ni Katsumi at lahat na lang kami umiling. We know Katsumi, siya kaya ang pinaka-playboy sa lahat pero kapag sineryoso niya ang isang babae malalaman agad namin yun. Pero sa tingin ko hindi sila tatagal.

           

Lumipas ang ilang sadali pa at binigyan ako ni Lester ng fries and ice cream. "Alam ko gusto mo to, Sofie." I was about to say thanks when Yannie spoke. "Huh? Sofie?"

"Yeah that's my name."

"Diba your name is Princess Tyler?"

"Yeah pero when I was a kid Sofie ang name ko kasi yun ang akala ni mommy pero when we saw my birth certificate sa States lumabas Princess Sofie Tyler ang full name ko."

"Mali Sofie. May kulang pero sabagay surname ni tita yon." singit ni Lester na punong puno ng kanin ang bibig. Ang takaw talaga niya kahit kelan.

"Could you tell me about you guys? Para naman hindi kayo ma-OP dito sa Orion University." Sabi ni Yannie.

We tell her all our stories. Well mine hindi lahat kung ano lang ang alam nila Katsumi yun lang din ang sinabi ko sa kanya, I only allowed Jaylord to know the whole story kasi he's been very good friend.

"Guys I need food." Jaylord suddenly burst out from nowhere and sits beside me.

"How's the meeting?" They ask in chorus.

"A shit." Me and Jaylord both said in chorus and we both laugh. "You really do know me huh?" he said while laughing.

"For almost ten years of my life stick with you, I already knew that you hate bullshit meetings that you don't understand anything." And I laugh.

"Anong pinagusapan?" tanong ni Seth.

"The Orion University's Annual Formal Ball." He sighed and rolled his eyes.

"Oh my God!" Yannie giggled. "The whole school keeps on waiting for that."

"Yeah but not us." Jaylord said.
