Tracy-

We've been cruising throughout the entire city, searching for the Shiner that Mathew told us about. Hopefully the Shiner is an excellent warrior, that way we can easily rescue the others.

"Hey, Mathew, can you stop at the Walgreens?" Lanver asks Mathew who is driving the vehicle."I really have to pee." Mathew nods and drives into the parking lot of a Walgreens.

Lanver exits the SUV and makes his way to the Walgreens.

"Do you know when he'll wake up?" I ask Mathew, referring to Alan who is still trapped in a coma. He shrugs, causing tears to escape my eyes.

"I'm not the type to wish death upon someone, but I hope Everett dies tonight." I say. Mathew ignores me as he stares at Alan.

"I hope he wakes up soon, I'm not very powerful," Mathew says."My only two abilities is the power to control the wheater and turn off my ability to sleep."

"You can turn off your sleeping? Do you even suffer the effects of no sleep, like loss of concentration?" I ask him.

"Yeah, I just like to sleep, which is why I never use the ability. And to answer your second question, no, I don't get any negative side effects from no sleep." He tells me.

"I really want to find this girl, what if Nitaves attacked u-" I begin to say, but I'm interrupted by a man banging on the window of the SUV. He's dressed in all black-black hat, black trench coat, black gloves, and dark sunglasses. He is obviously a Nitave, but Mathew decides to not attack. Mathew raises down the window so he can speak to the Nitave.

"What can I do for you?" Mathew asks the Nitave, casually. I don't think the Nitave recognizes Mathew or me, because he would have attacked by now. Alan has his face turned away from the Nitave, which is great-we can't let the Nitave know Alan'a identity.

Behind the Nitave are three others. Sharkutt must have sent search parties to find Alan.

"We're looking for someone. He's a sixteen year old blonde kid, big lips, should be six feet tall or a few inches taller, muscular build, with light green eyes," The Nitave tells Mathew, describing Alan's physical appearance."We have a picture of him."

The Nitave reaches inside a pocket of his trench coat, then pulls out a photograph of Alan. The picture is a photo of him in his Freshman year of high school, I know because he has a copy of it.

"He looks like this." The Nitave adds. Mathew simply nods, then he punches the Nitave in his nose. Me and Mathew swiftly get out of the SUV, then we watch as the Nitaves draw their swords.

"We promise to spare your life if you hand over the king." The Nitave who Mathew punched says, touching his broken nose. Mathew shakes his head and brings down a bolt of lightning, electrocuting the Nitave to death.

The other three Nitaves charge at us. Mathew is taken into the muscular arms of a Nitave, then flung into a nearby car. When he hits the car, his eyes shut and he becomes unconscious. Fear courses through me when the three Nitaves laugh, then advance towards me.

"Wait, don't!" I say, feigning pain. I press my hands to my stomach."My stomach hurts."

"I'll make it better, by killing you." One of the Nitaves says to me, he steps towards me. I punch him in the groin, causing him to yelp and mutter a curse word. The other two laugh as if it's a joke. The Nitave whose groin I punched, bends over and breathes heavily.

I take the Nitave's sword and plunge it into his heart, killing him. The remaining Nitaves scowl and lunge for me. I duck under the blade of one of their swords, then I use my sword to block the other Nitave's blade.
