Ginny Weasley- Homesick (h)

Living away from home wasn't easy, let alone having school as well.

It was pretty stressful, especially when you added in relationships, friendships and being homesick.

The homesickness faded away a little once you got used to being away, it wasn't something that lasted forever but every now and then it would come back and there would be bad days.

It must've been a bad day when you found Ginny sat on the sofa of the common room,

You made your way over to your girlfriend, and sat down next to her "Hey Gin" you said softly.

Ginny turned to you, small tears in her eyes, and she just fell into your arms as you wrapped them around her.

"What's wrong Love?" you asked her, pressing a kiss to the top of your head.

Ginny sighed, and snuggled further up to you "I miss everyone" she murmured, hurt in her tone.

You ran your hand through her hair continuously, "It'll be okay Love, you'll feel better tomorrow" you reassured her.

Ginny shook your head, sitting up and sniffing a little "I just miss them, I miss my Mum always talking at us in the mornings, Fred and George meddling and having a laugh, Ron always teasing me but then comforting me after" she explained everything to you, obviously trying to hold back tears.

You pulled your girlfriend back into your arms, kissing the top of her head again, "I'm here for you Gin, I know what it feels like. Not having your family here sucks, it really does, but we all get used to it. We get to see them again at holidays, and when we're finished here we get to go home for good and see our families whenever we want" you gave her a little speech which caused her to giggle.

"I love you Y/N, thankyou"
