You had never considered meeting your boyfriend's family – it wasn't as though you didn't want to meet them, of course you did, but from what Charlie had already said about them you were somewhat apprehensive.

His whole family seemed like a hurricane on steroids, with everything moving a million miles a second but that wasn't your style plus it didn't seem to be Charlie's.

Sure, the two of you worked with dragons but aside from that it would be lazy Sundays, lie ins where possible, breakfast in bed.

Charlie had decided to drag you to the Burrow to meet his family, and you weren't going to disagree.

You were still holding Charlie's arm when the two of you apparated, he led you to the rather odd but homely looking house.

"Are you nervous?" he questioned before you reached the front door.

You shook your head, looking up at him momentarily, "I'm more excited" you told him causing him to smile.

The both of you entered the house, a sea of red headed people seated pretty much everywhere along with two brunettes.

Molly, Charlie's Mother, ran towards you and pulled you into a hug "Oh how lovely to meet you Y/N. Charlie told us you were coming" she spoke rather softly whilst continuing to hug you tightly.

Within minutes you had been introduced to everyone in the room, meeting Charlie's siblings and their two friends Harry and Hermione.

They all seemed absolutely lovely – the two twins were hectic but sweet, Ron wasn't so sure about you which you understood, Bill had been so kind and accepting and Ginny was already seeming like the little sister you had never had.

A little way into the evening, the boys had all disappeared from the kitchen leaving you with Ginny due to Molly cleaning up and Hermione being in her room as she wasn't feeling well.

Ginny leant her head on her hands as she looked at you from across the table "So are you from Romania?" she questioned.

You shook your head with a smile on your face "No. I was born here but my family moved to Romania when I was young" you told her.

"But you said you didn't go to Hogwarts" she had confusion laced within her tone as she talked.

You laughed lightly "I didn't. I got my acceptance letter, due to being born in this country, but I opted for home-schooling instead" you explained.

She seemed to understand as she nodded "How did you meet our little dragon tamer then?" she quizzed, still smiling.

You couldn't help but smile as you recalled how you met Charlie "Well my family own the reserve that Charlie and I work on, and when they passed away a couple years back they left it to me" you began to tell her "Charlie came to work on the reserve and we just got on from there, nothing really happened until a couple of months after I took over running the whole thing" Ginny was smiling at you as you retold the story.

There were footsteps behind you, and a hand was placed on your shoulder "What are you two talking about?" your ever so lovely boyfriend asked.

You giggled, smiling at Ginny, "I'm just telling your darling younger sister how we met"
