Bonnie woke up in the middle of the night with heartburns. She decided to go downstairs for some ice chips.

She tipped pass damon trying not to wake him. She opened the fridge and got the ice chips. Then closed the door and saw damon standing. "Oh my!" She screamed.

"Midnight snack?" He asked grinning shirtless.

"What are you doing up in here? I thought you were asleep." She said slamming the bag of ice on the counter.

"Who could sleep during this beautiful weather we having?" He asked.

"It's a storm,damon. Not sunshine and rainbows." She reflected.

"My kinda weather. What are you doing awake?" He retorted.

"Having heartburns and craving for pickles." She said.

"How does it feel?" He asked.

"What?" She retorted.

"Your baby." He said.

"Like this growing ball inside of you. Want to feel?" She asked.

"Can i?" He retorted.

Bonnie nodded then placed his hand on her stomach. Damon grinned.

"Oh my god." She said.

"What?" He asked.

"It's kicking!" She said.

"Is it because of me?" He asked.

"I don't know but i know this is the first time. I never felt this before." She said.

"That makes two of us." He said.

Stefan stared out the window and caroline creeped up behind him. She put her hands around his waist. "What's going on in that perfectly over thinking brain of yours?" She asked.

"You. I was thinking how we should move away from here." He said.

"And go where?" She asked.

"Aspen or Canada?" He retorted.

"Sounds like romantic cold places." She said.

"Yeah." He said.

"But you are a doctor here and a lot of people would miss you." She conflicted.

"You are my life now,Caroline. You're all the people i need." He said.

Caroline kissed his back and stefan smiled.

"So where did you meet the father?" Damon asked.

"Do we have to discuss this now?" Bonnie retorted.

"I'm curious." He said.

"Well i didn't have unprotected sex with a stranger. My baby came from-" She begins.

"Enzo,i knew it!" He blurted angrily.

"No. A unknown sperm donor." She said.

"But you said you didn't have sex with a unknown guy." He reflected.

"I visited a clinic and they helped me get pregnant." She said.

"What? What made you do that?" He asked.

"I wanted to start my own family. The family i can have here with me." She said.

"Wow." He said.

"Yeah." She said.

"I think you're going to be a awesome mom." He said.

"Really think that?" She asked.

"Yeah." He replied.

She smiled and begin feeling guilty. "Damon,i-" She begun

His phone started ringing. "Hello."

"Did i wake you?" Elena asked.

"No." He said.

"I miss you and love you. I wanted you to know that." She said.

"Love you too." He said.

Bonnie smiled then went upstairs to her room. Damon came knocking at her bedroom door. "What going on?" She asked.

"What was you about to say downstairs?" He asked.

"I just wanted to tell you,goodnight." She said.

"Oh." He said.

"Were you expecting something different?" She asked.

"Is it horrible if i sorta was?" He retorted.

"I don't know." She said.

"Goodnight." He said then kissed her forehead.

"I don't want you to mistaken us as friends now." She said.

"What are we?" He asked.

"I can't answer that. It's really late and im getting sleepy,damon." She said becoming angry.

"Okay. See you in the morning." He said.

"Yeah!" She said then closed her door in his face.

"What did i do wrong?" Damon asked himself then shook his head and went downstairs to the couch.
