Sam's P.O.V.

"Jazmin, will you make me the happiest person alive and.."

"Oh my god!" Connor squealed like a little girl interrupting me.

"I can't believe this is happening." Jc waved his hands in front of his face, trying to cool himself off.

"Can I continue?" I asked them and  I wasn't expecting what happened next.

"Baby, baby, baby, oh
Like baby, baby, baby, no
Like baby, baby, baby, oh
I thought you'd always be mine, mine"

Kian sang his heart out. We all starred at him. Clearly I wasn't the only one caught off guard.

"Sorry, I was trying to set the mood. Go ahead Sam." He told me to go on.

"Okay." I cleared my throat. "Jazmin, will you make me the happiest person alive and.." I looked around to make sure I wouldn't be interrupted this time. They didn't say anything so I continued. "spend the holidays with us?"

"Aw, c'mon Sam!" Jc whined.

"Well, do you think I'd really propose with a ring pop?" I laughed at their faces and got up.

"It is something you'd do." Kian mumbled. I out my hand over my heart hurt.

"You say that as if I'm unromantic."

"You aren't." They all said at the same time.

By now I noticed that Jazmin hasn't said a word about what I asked her. I looked at her and she had a look on her face that I couldn't read.

"Jazmin?" I tried to get her attention.

"Uh, what?" She snapped out of it and looked at me flustered.

"Will you?" I really hope she says yes, even though I already know the answers no. It was worth a shot. I mean, why would she want to be with us on Christmas? She wouldn't, that's why. She probably wants to spend it with her family. I thought it was worth a shot though. I'd get to spend more time with her, but now she probably thinks I'm stupid for asking her. I really wish she'd say yes though, but of course the answer is n-

"Yes."

"What?" I asked really confused.  Did I hear her correctly. Why would she say yes? I'm happy, but what..

"Yes, I'll spend Christmas with you." She confirmed I did hear her correctly.

"Yay!" Everyone else cheered, but I was still shocked. The guys started to talk about what we were going to do and stuff and I just stood there still confused.

"Uh, Sam. Are you okay?" She asked me, jumping off the counter.

"Fine." I told her simply.

"Don't use the F word." She told me.

"W-why not?"

"Because I've learned by now, that when someone says they're fine, they're not fine." She explained.

"Well, I'm okay." I smiled at her.

"Bull shark. Bull shark. A whole lot of bull shark!" She sang. I laughed at her being cute.

"I'm just surprised." I admitted.

"Why surprised?"

"I would expect that you'd want to spend Christmas with your family.." I told her leaning against the counter.

"They won't miss me." She told me looking a little sad.

"I'm sure they would." Who wouldn't miss her.
