Chapter 17 - Christmas Shopping

A/N : I'm so sorry guys but I'm having a lot of timeskips in these chapters. Sorry for making this chapter related to Christmas since it isn't even December yet.

23 December, 6.29am

Lucy was sleeping peacefully as she was dead exhausted from the previous day. She had to help with her father's paperwork and client visits which exhausted her to no end.

The moment her head hit the pillow she was out like a light. Just when it turned 6.30am in her alarm clock, her phone started buzzing, which woke up Lucy.

" Dammit...not now... " Lucy shut her phone off and went back to sleep.

A few seconds later...

Her phone started buzzing again which caused Lucy to wake up again and shut her phone off.

" Bzzt! Bzzt! " her phone buzzed again which agitated Lucy again.

" DAMMIT! " Lucy threw her pillow across the room and picked up her phone.

" WHAT?! " she barked into her phone.

" Lucy, me and the girls are going Christmas shopping. Meet us at the mall, ok? " Levy's voice could be heard.

" Levy...I'm not in the mood...so I'm not going. Good night. " Lucy said and ended the call and went back to sleep with her pillow which magically came back to her.

At Levy's...

" She said she's not going. " Levy frowned as she told the other girls.

" I guess she's dead tired but we can't go there without her! " Wendy said.

" Let's go over to her place in thirty and drag her out of her comfy bed then! " Mira suggested.

" Alright. Get your armour ready in thirty. " Erza declared as they went to get their 'armour' ready.

" Hime-sama is still sleeping. She slept late due to having to help her father's paperwork and client visits she did the previous day. " Virgo told Lucy's group of friends.

" Can you direct us to her room? " Juvia asked.

" This way. " Virgo showed them the way to Lucy's room.

The moment they walked in they were greeted with Lucy's light snores. The room was dark since the curtains were pulled.

" Lucy... " Mira whispered in Lucy's ear.

" Mmhmm... " Lucy stirred but didn't wake.

The girls nodded to each other then Erza stepped forward.

" LUCY! WAKE UP! " Erza ripped the comforter from Lucy's body which made Lucy wake.

" WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?! " Lucy roared as you could see some bags under her eyes.

" Levy told you to get ready, didn't she? " Erza asked.

" Grr... " Lucy growled dangerously.

One thing about Lucy is...when she needs her sleep, don't ever wake her up. Or else...you would be facing a demon.

To the human eyes, it would look like Lucy's eyes are glowing red from under her fringe since her fringe was covering her eyes and had a demonic aura around her. This is where the 'armour' comes in.

The girls wore their 'armour' which was actually an emergency when one of them goes crazy. If she throw something at them, they wouldn't get hurt cause of the 'armour'.
