Chapter 44 - Proposal

The next day after the ceremony...

Lucy slowly woke up and realised that it was morning already and the sun was already in the sky. She looked towards the clock to see that it was 10.48am in the morning and school has started a few hours ago already.

She then realised she was naked and was in Natsu's arms.

'Oops. I guess we did it last night.' Lucy thought as she slowly tried to pry Natsu's arms away from her which made his hold on her to tighten.

" Natsu...Natsu... " Lucy whispered as she poked Natsu's cheek and slowly, his eyes opened.

" Mmm... " he groaned as he snuggled into the crook of her neck.

" Natsu, it's going to eleven. We have to get up. And I want breakfast. " Lucy said as she pouted.

" Alright, alright... " Natsu said as he allowed Lucy to move.

She quickly got up and started walking to the bathroom while the whole time, Natsu was staring at her swaying ass.

Lucy then entered the bathroom and found how sore she was from last night. She quickly dipped herself in the hot spring and soaked herself in it.

" Aah, this feels good... " Lucy murmured as she continued to soak, failing to hear the door open and close.

" Eh, but last night was better. " a voice whispered into her ear which caused her to jump.

" Eh?! Natsu?! Why are you in here?! " Lucy shrieked as she grabbed a shampoo bottle and chucked it at his head.

" Geez, Luce. Why are you so mean? Besides, I'm sure you want another one- " Natsu was cut off by being chucked again by Lucy who threw a bar of soap at him.

" Geez...don't scare the crap out of me next time alright? Or else I'll chuck you with a rock next time. " Lucy huffed as she started to soap her body with Natsu doing the same thing to himself.

Then, a thought struck her.

" Ne, Natsu? " she called.

He grunted in response.

" Did you wear a condom? " Lucy asked sweetly with a dark aura around her.

" E-Eh...? I-I guess not...? Ehehe... " Natsu laughed nervously as Lucy grabbed a pebble and threw it at him.

" GOMENASAI! " Natsu cried out as he tried swimming away.

The two got dressed. They realised that their wardrobe was changed. They had matching outfits mostly but there are some which doesn't match.

" Eh, what do I wear now? " Lucy wondered as she looked at the wardrobe in front of her.

She then just took a casual pair of denim shorts, a red tank top and a pair of brown sandals. Natsu just wore a baggy pair of trousers, an opened vest with nothin inside and a pair of black sandals.

While Lucy was drying her hair, Natsu came up behind her.

" Can I dry your hair? " Natsu asked adorably.

" Eh, why? " Lucy turned to look at Natsu who had an adorable pout on his face.

She sighed before signalling for him to dry her hair. He then gently grabbed a few strands of her hair and used his fire magic to dry it.

Once that was over, Lucy simply put her hair up into a messy bun and the two walked out of the room.

" From now on, I'm gonna dry your hair. " Natsu declared as they entered the kitchen.
