Chapter 29 - Kidnapped

~4 days later after the funeral~

Lucy went to school as usual after four days since the funeral of her mother. The teachers understood what she's going through and knew it would take time for her to be back to her usual self.

Her grades were still high but not A+ like usual but just a A or a B+. Her gang would always follow her home along with their siblings, Elfman and Lisanna, and would study together.

Today was no different as all of the has been on high alert.

~Meanwhile at some creepy place~

" Hahaha! You should've seen the look on her face! It was priceless! " Jackal was laughing his ass of while boasting about his accomplishment.

" Tsk, why does he get all of the fun? I want to get into action as well. " a companion of Jackal's said, irritated.

Jackal was part of a dangerous rogue group for years and it was a miracle that the Heartfilia pack didn't recognise him.

The members of the group were Mard Geer, Kyoka, Seilah, Tempester, Keyes, Ezel, Torafuzar, Franmalth, Plutogrim, Crawford Seam, Yakdoriga and Lammy.

(Forgive me if there are any mistakes of the members of Tartaros. I got this from the Wikipedia so please comment if I made a mistake. Silver, Jiemma and Minerva would not be part of this Tartaros group in the book if you are confused.)

" Mard Geer, when will the rest of us get to have some fun? " Lammy asked with a clearly annoyed expression on her face.

" Soon. Unless you want to have some fun by kidnapping some of them? " Mard Geer smirked as Lammy's eyes sparkled.

" Then, I can ruin their faces! " Lammy exclaimed happily while jumping around.

" Tch. Anything to kill this boredom will do. " Tempester said as he stood up.

" Where are you going? " Kyoka asked.

" What else? I'm going to kidnap to have some fun. " he said as he walked out of the room.

" Mm-hmm. I'll be going to kidnap one as well. " Seilah announced as she stood up and walked away.

" I'm going to have to torture someone for my boredom. I guess that scarlet girl would do. " Kyoka grinned evilly as she headed out of the room.

" We'll be going now, Lucy. Take care! " Lucy's friends wave goodbye as their limos drove back to their respective territories.

What they didn't know...was that three figures were following two different limos.

~Strauss siblings~

" We're here. I'm going to take a bath then I'm going to do work. If you need me, knock on my door, alright? Mom and dad went to a meeting so they won't be back until at night. " Mira told her siblings as they entered their mansion.

" Hai. " Lisanna and Elfman agreed as they made their way to their own rooms.

" Aah. This feels good. " Mira sighed happily as she soaked in her hot spring.

After that, she quickly dressed in a yellow dress and started to do her work.

CRASH!

Then, she heard something dropped. Mira turned around to see her vase containing her flowers on he right stand was broken in the floor.

" Huh? That's weird. How did this fa-Oomph! " Mira went to the broken vase and crouched down to touch it until someone clamped a cloth of chloroform on Mira's mouth.
