Chapter 28

CAITLYN'S POV

Napatakip ako sa aking tainga sa biglaang tili ni Cristina sa kabilang linya. "So much kilig sayo, Caitlyn! Approve na ako kay Joshua." Sabi niya. 

We're having a video call to catch up, and there's nothing left to do at the university, so we stayed indoors. We also didn't plan to go outside since we're too lazy to go out, while we were having our tea session na-mention ko na sa kanila yung about sa pag-amin ni Joshua saakin nitong nakaraang linggo. 

"When did he tell you how he felt? Matagal na ba?" Tanong ni Juliana.

I shook my head. "Let's say these past few weeks, basta hindi pa matagal." I answered. 

It's been weeks since he told me about his feelings, nung mga araw na wala kaming masyadong ginagawa sa bahay ay madalas na siyang dumadalaw saamin. Napahawak ako sa aking noo. "He has been staying in our place for the past few days." Dugtong ko pa. 

"So, how does it feel that he's already courting you? Do you have feelings for him already?" Tanong ni Cristina. 

Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin. "Stop asking me like that, i'm too shy to respond!" Sigaw ko. 

 Juliana smiled. "Sorry for that. Let's stop asking questions to her, let's be happy for them alright?" Sabi niya kay Cristina. 

I heard someone knock, napalingon ako. When he noticed me lying in bed, he instantly arched an eyebrow and rested his body against the door frame, crossing his arms. "Isn't it time to go to university, young lady? Don't you have anything to do?" Inis na tanong niya. 

"Why does your brother appear so sexy even when he is scolding you, girl?" Rinig kong sabi ni Cristina sa kabilang linya. 

I rolled my eyes and sat down. "Kuya Hale, wala naman kaming masyadong gagawin. How about you?" Tanong ko. 

Kuya Calvin appeared to his side with a sneer on his face, he brushed his hair. "Let her be, it seems like she's telling the truth." Sabi niya. 

"okay, we'll leave you here. Joshua told me that he'll be here in an hour, is it okay for you to see him in that state?" He asked while looking at my pajamas. 

Napakamot ako sa aking batok. "Maliligo ako after this, ingat kayo sa pag-drive." Sabi ko. 

Kuya Calvin immediately went inside and grabbed my car keys. He waved his hands at me with a smiley face. "We'll borrow your car, i love you!" Sigaw niya saka sinarado agad yung pintuan sa kwarto ko. 

Tinignan ko naman yung laptop ko, they already left the call while ago habang nagu-usap kami ng mga kapatid ko. They messaged me na to get ready, they gave up our tea session for us.

I saw another message from Tristan, it was strange. He kept sending me messages kahit blocked na siya on my other social media accounts. But this bastard's trying to find a way to send me messages, they're all dump accounts. Napailing na lang ako at tumayo sa aking kama para maligo na, i chose to ignore it and blocked his dump accounts kahit paulit-ulit.

"Hi." 

I smiled at kinuha yung flowers na bigay niya sakin, i also motioned for him to sit down. "Any reasons why you kept coming into our house?" Tanong ko. 

Tumawa siya. "Kakarating ko lang but it seems like gusto mo na ako pauuwiin agad. I just wanted to see you, that's all." Sagot niya then tapped the seat beside him. 

Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin, he pulled me beside him. He bent forward and stared on the other side, exposing his neck. "Smell me, i put some scent on you specifically."

I took a sniff on his neck, i could smell his earthy wood scent lingering on his body. I'm not gonna lie, he fvcking smells good!  I leaned back and averted my gaze. Do you smell that good?" I lied.

Napatawa siya sa sinabi ko. "I'll take that as a compliment, mi amor." Sabi niya. 

Just as I opened my mouth to say something, my phone rang. Nakalagay yung name ng classmate ko sa isang subject, i immediately answered it. "What's up, Ryu?" Tanong ko sa kabilang linya. 

"Hi, Caitlyn! Sorry to disturb you at this hour, but can i ask some favor?" Sabi niya.

Pinasadahan ko ng tingin si Joshua na ngayon ay nakasimangot nang nakatingin sakin, tinaasan ko siya ng kilay. What's with him?

"Sure! What is it ba?"

"Can you send me some of your notes sa calculus? While studying earlier, i unintentionally spilled my coffee on my notes. I'm sorry!" Tanong niya.

I got up and went upstairs to get my notes sa room ko. "Sige, I'll send you the pdf file of my notes. Is there anything else you need?" I asked. 

"Nope, that's all! Thank you so much, you're the best." Sabi niya before he ended the call.

"Who's Ryu?"

Tinignan ko siya. "Classmate."

He pouted and sat down on my bed. "Why would he call you? Pwede naman siya mag-ask ng favor thru chat." Sabi niya. 

Hinarap ko siya at tinaasan ng kilay. "Josh. Be honest, are you fvcking jealous right now?" I asked. 

Tumingin naman siya saakin pero umiwas din kaagad ng tingin. "Why would i be jealous of your Ryu? He's just someone else." He lied. 

I laughed and leaned on the table with my arms crossed. "Yes, he's just a fellow student. Why then would you feel envious of him? Tanong ko. 

"I'm not."

"Your actions saying that you are. What would you do?" Panga-asar ko sa kanya. 

He extended his hand, i got confused. "What?"

"Take my hand."

I grabbed his hand without considering his next move and dragged me into his arms on my bed right away. Nanlaki ang mata ko, kaagad ko siyang tinulak ng malakas but he won't let go. "Josh, What happens if someone sees us and has an inappropriate impression?" Sigaw ko.

I could feel his breath close to mine, we were inches apart. He caressed my hair and smiled. "Don't worry too much, mi amor. We're not doing anything wrong, right? Unless you permit me to do more than this. That'll be okay for me, though!" Sabi niya then he kissed my forehead.

As soon as i noticed my cheeks were blazing red, i covered my face. "Shut the fvck up, you perverted bastard!"
