Chapter 31: Great Birthday Dinner...

(Nine weeks from start of Camping Trip)

Tonight is the big dinner at some fancy restaurant I don't know about. It could possibly be Hogs Breath, thats the only one I can think of or we stay  in Lucy's backyard, I dunno.

Im at Lucy's place chilling on her couch watching some scooby-doo. I mean NCIS...

Lucy has got the cutest little baby bump in the world. She is about eleven weeks in now so it should be almost showing or is showing.

She's been wearing loose shirts so it doesn't show so easily.

"Does she know yet?" I whispered to Lucy.

"No, im gonna try and tell her today." She whispered back.

I gave her the thumbs up. Just after I did that her mum walked in from upstairs. Her blonde hair's all messed up, her eyes are droopy and she is walking like a zombie in her PJs. So I'm guessing she just woke up.

Its midday! Why is she only waking up now?

"Morning," I said to her.

"Morning," She greeted back as she made her way to the kitchen. "Theres a change of plans too, dinner's over here."

"Thanks mum," Lucy said and got up off of the couch. "Mum, am I an adult yet?"

"Well, you've left school so technically yes." She smiled and walked towards her. "Why whats wrong sweetie?"

"Well, I um-" The door bell rang.

"Hold that thought. Can you answer the door for me please while I go get changed?" She asked and Lucy nodded walking towards the door to open it. She opened it and it was my parents with Brandon's  parents.

Mum dropped me of here then went back home to wait for Brandon's family. 

Seems like they are getting along already. They are laughing, talking etc.

"Hi, come on in," Lucy said. They all said hi Lucy and walked in.

"There's my girl!" Brandon shouted with a smile with arms wide open. I jumped off of the couch and ran over to him and leaped into his arms.

I wrapped my arms around his neck and he wrapped his around my waist.

"I havent seen you for two days," Brandon whisperd in my ear.

"Felt more like a few weeks," I said. He put me down and we gave each other a kiss. "Where's Justin and Bridget?"

As soon as I said that they walked through the door.

"Hi Bridget and Justin," I said giving Bridget a hug.

"Hey Katie!" Bridget and Justin said.

"Bridget this is Lucy, my best-friend. Lucy this is Bridget, Justin's fiancé. Justin and Michael are Brandons brothers," I introduced. They all said hi and Lucy and Bridget hugged.

"Hi guys," Nathan said as he made his way through the door. "Hi babe."

"Hey," she said back and gave him a hug. They had a small conversation about something and Nathan moved his hand down to her small baby bump.

"She's pregnant," Bridget whispered in my ear.

"How'd you know?"  I asked whispering.

"Because I was there not long ago."

"What?"

"I'm pregnant."

"You are? Congratulations!"
