"Hey," Brandon whispered and shook me slightly. I opened one eye, slowly. "Someone's here to see you."

I turned my head to the side and it was my whole soccer team. I smiled and opened my eyes completely. They all smiled and waved.

"Hey! How are you guys?!" I shouted and they came separately up to me and greeted me with a hug.

"Fine, how are you?" They all said. Some said good but they all asked how I was. I said I was still really sore but otherwise I'm fine.

"We are not only here just to see you but we have something to tell you also." Tara said.

"Um, ok, what is it?"

"It might be better if you hear it from them personally."

"What is it?"

My dream team walked in and smiled at me.

I could literally name every single on of them.

I put my hand out for them to shake.

"Hi, I'm-" I was interrupted by Clare.

"We know who you are!" She hugged me.

When they all hugged me and high fived the team.

"So, what's the big thing?" I asked.

"Well, we watched your grand-final and we where all surprised. You are good enough to be in w-league," Clare said.

"And did you know our coaches are going to a training together?" Tara asked.

"No," I answered. There was a knock on the door and the team shuffled a bit.

Brandon walked over to the door and opened it.

He smiled a said, "hey buddy," as well as, "hey sweetie," "hey Rick and Mac."

They all ran over to the side of the bed. I picked them up with a lot of pain.

Mac walked in with the youngest in her arms as Rick had his little girl.

"Hey!" I shouted and cuddled them.

I hugged my sister and her husband.

"So, Mac and Rick, this is my team now..." I pointed to my team. "This is my team I've wanted to play in when I got older."

They waved to each other and all stood there.

"So what did you want to ask me?" I asked.

"We got asked to train with these girls," Skye said and I smiled. "For a year," I nodded. That doesn't sound like something they would need to ask me for.

"In England," Tara added. Whoop, there it is. My heart stopped, shit.

"They wanna make a movie too." Courtney added.

I couldn't find the words to say anything.

"Um," I started. "What about Lucy?"

"She can fly over, when she's had the baby."

"It takes a while to get over a first born, I'm pretty sure."

"Yeah, she only has a few weeks left," Tara said.

"She might wanna stay with him or her for quite a while."

"What about her mum?"

"She's having twins around the same time."

"Your mum?"

"She's having one."

"Josh?"

"He's a teenager, he doesn't know how to look after a baby. Plus, he's got a new girlfriend and is focused on her."

"I don't know then."

"Have you asked her? And when do we leave?"

"No and in a week and a half. We don't start doing anything for a while though."

They got their phones out and their fingers were moving franticly.

"Now we wait." Tara said.

"Um, aunty Katie?" A sweet voice said next to me.

"Yes?"

"I made you this bracelet," She handed me a loom bracelet that was just the normal one and it was black and white. "It matches mine."

She showed me her one that is a big big on her but the exact same.

"Aw, thank you." I cuddled her and took the bracelet.

"Can we be soccer buddies because they are soccer ball colours."

"Of course we can!" I shouted not too loudly and slipped the bracelet over my hand and on my wrist.

"Uncle Brandon, I made you one to match mine! It's superman colours!" Austin said and pulled a red, yellow and blue loom bracelet from his pocket. He handed it to Brandon and he thanked him very much and slipped it on.

The came up with superfist where they give each other a fist bump with that hand they had the bracelets on.

Everyone awed. Tara said "She said it's fine."

"What did you say?"

"We got asked to go overseas for a year and Katie wants your permission before we leave. You can come after you have your baby or you can stay home. But if we get picked to join a team and some people don't... We aren't joining. Once a warrior, Always a warrior, Always with ya, never without ya. Tara x."

"Alright, looks like we're going to England!" I shouted and all the girls left with a hug and smile.

Shit, in a week... I'm not going to be here.

How am I going to break it to my parents?

I grabbed my phone off of the side bench, dialing mums number.

"Good morning honey. How are you feeling?"

"Morning, yeah, I'm alright mum."

"That's good, what's up?"

"Um, my team and I got asked to go with the womens brisbane roar team on a trip to England..."

"That's awesome sweetie!"

"For a year."

The phone was silent before I said, "Mum?" A few times.

I heard sniffles from the other side.

"I didn't realize you've become this big," She said. "I'm so proud!"

"Thanks mum." I said and talked for a while before she had to get back to work.

I looked at Brandon and weakly smiled.

"Don't worry," I said, noticing Brandon looks a bit upset. "Everything is going to be ok. I promise."

I held his hand and laced fingers.

"I love you." Brandon whispered.

"I love you too."

We kissed before I got tired and went to sleep.

This was it. Before my career takes off. Before I have to leave my parents for the longest time ever. Before I leave my boyfriend for the longest time ever.

These changes? A movie? Seriously.

There's only one good thing about this... And that is spending more time with my friends...
